Juries are known to be base up if idiots. Most intelligent people are able to get out if jury duty. The only ones who sit are those too dumb to get out if it...or who has nothing else better to do,

I never get out of it.....b/c I fear one day I could find myself being judged by a jury of my "peers" and I pray to God some normal folks show up for me. A thing called karma....if I where you I would be afraid if I intentionally got out every time of it who would be there if I ever found myself needing a reasonable jury.

Not counting on it, but hopefully judges in this/these kind of case(s) will throw out these ridiculous verdicts.

All Helmets come with warning labs in them as well as another label stating to never use the helmet to spear another player. Also its on the shoulders of each and every coach to properly teach these players what and what not to do with regards to tacking and the proper way to do so.

You have to love this country and the crazy amount of money awarded in laws suits. This is the reason why medical costs are so damn high.

Why? Because it's absurd. Did McDonalds cause her to spill it on herself? Would the hot warning now have prevented that? No, people don't want to take responsibility for their own mistakes and make other people suffer for it.

What the sympathizer doesn’t understand is that every frivolous lawsuit starts out the same/has the same story behind it. Doesn’t mean it is right.

We should set up a fake collective lawsuit for ridell for anyone who didnt know the dangers of football, and then when all the names are on it, round em all up and shoot them into the sun. This solves the football problem, helps overpopulation, and loads of other societal/sustainability issues.

Sad when people are allowed to sue a company for there own stupidity and win. If I go hunting and shoot myself in the foot can I sue the guy that made the bullet because I was unaware of how dangerous a bullet is?

No, the gov't will just pass a law that says you can't be trusted with a firearm therefore you must give it up so that you don't shoot your foot anymore. Then they will say gun making for anyone other than them is against the law so that you won't shoot your foot anymore. Then they will go to your neighbors, friends, and relatives houses and make them hand over their guns........so you don't shoot your foot anymore.
