So which new Panther is your early favorite?

I support them all and want them all to have long productive careers in the NFL but I'd say my early favorites are Star, Kawann, and Kenjon.

I love Star's laid back personality and that he is a soft spoken family man that turns into a monster on the field.

Kawann Short seems like a character from his press conference and I love that he is all about creating havoc on the offense.

Kenjon I have always liked after watching several Oregon games this past season. He has good burst and runs hard. Love his style on the field and his hair is $$$. I'd probably like the pick a lot more if we didn't have so many RBs on the roster right now but I like him as a person and a player. He was already wearing a Panther hat in a picture he put on twitter.

Star is the guy I wanted when it looked like we were destined for a top 3 pick. Ecstatic to have him at #14. When we went on that win streak at the end of the season I thought we blew our chance to get him.

Exactly my sentiments. Once we went on a winning streak, I gave up and forgot about him. Then these mocks tried to give me hope. I was crushed once, I couldn't let my heart get crushed again. But it fuggin happened ! I just cannot believe it!!! It's pretty awesome, I like the 2nd rd pick as well. Took me awhile to warm up to though. The rest I will scratch my head about, but who am I to judge pre-camp and preseason.

Gotta be Star. I literally beat the hell outa my couch when picked him in some strange euphoric happy rage.

That was the obvious favorite though. Out of the players left I am really excited about Barner.

Perfect compliment to Stewart, as they both run out of the option very well. Dwill as much as i love him, is more of an I-formation back and he is not utilized correctly if we force him to run out of shotgun/ read option.

Really like Short's personality. He got them crazy eyes that would spook the hell outa me if I were a QB on the other side of the line!
