its pronounced gay-dosh....i think he ll surprise quite a few when he straps on the pads .

He has impressed the hell out of Steve Smith. Not an easy task. I hope he comes in and wreaks havoc.

Me too. The thought of DT going from our most glaring hole to one of our deeper and more talented positions in one offseason is tantalizing. Douche Chill!!!

You guys have heard of "country strong", right?  In this case, the "country" part could very well be our great neighbor to the north. Not that you don't know this, but you can't really look at a guy's arms ("or a woman"), and judge his strength. In my estimation this is especially the case when it comes to big fat uglies. 

 

[i am quite proud of myself for alluding to the country, Canada and Deacon Jones, and the unnecessary double dose of "big" and "fat" in such a short paragraph (which is great for me). Not to mention "uglies".] 

 

 

This thread has some classic, if not understated, poo in it.  Props for bumping it up, because I missed it.  Glad to do my part.

Once again we are talking shorts but I have only heard good things about him. If he can take Fua spot I am all for it.

I'd take a ghey douche in shorts over a Fua any day of the week.

      I was honestly flabbergasted to see Rod send out Stanky and the boys to to matchup against their top line to start the game. The reason that line has been so effective is because they've been matched mostly against 2nd and 3rd lines all year. You've got last change. Use it to your advantage.

      Nobody played well on defense last night. But, the vitriol towards Chatfield (and to a lesser extent, K'andre) is bigly misplaced. People (not just you) just refuse to accept how bad Slavin has been this season. And, I get it. Canes fans (and informed analysts) have spent nearly a decade trying to explain to casuals just how good Jaccccob is at hockey. 4Nations happened and the hockey watching public started to listen. National media even started floating the idea of creating a new award in his honor. Then this season, he gets hurt. It happens. NBD. But, when he finally came back, it wasn't the same. He'll get back to his old self in no time. Probably just some rust, it'll be fine. Only, it wasnt rust, and he's not fine. He's bad right now. It wasnt just last night. Although, that was absolutely the worst game of his NHL career. Slavin (-4) currently has the 3rd worst +/- of anyone left in the playoffs. We've  been begging the world to recognize Jaccob Slavin's greatness. And, by the time we finally got people to listen, he shits the bed! I blame Kash!
