Update: Aaron Hernandez Charged with Murder/ Cut by the Patriots

They aren't going through all this poo just to cut a sweet heart deal and give Hernandez probation.

I want to believe you, I really do, But  I'm sure he gets off with a slap on the wrist in comparison to his friends. He will strike a deal, get off easy with probation or a reduced sentence, and be able to play football again in 2 years.

From verizon customer service:

“We retain messaging details such as dates and time of transmittal for a limited time. We do not retain the content of the messages."

My co-worker has Verizon and he contacted them and logged in to his account. You can get the numbers and times texted, but not the content of the messages. This is what I was trying to say earlier. As a person who has written probably 50 court orders and over 100 subpoenas for information from service providers, I have never gotten text messages returned if requested. Imagine how much data space it would take up if all the service providers retained all the text messages for only 30 days. They are not going to do something that would provide no benefit to themselves, especially if it costs them alot of money to implement. I do wish they would keep them though. It would be really, really nice!  Anyways, back on topic, this is why Aaron and his "associates" smashed their phones. To not give police the texts. It would have been better for them, if they just destroyed them and threw them in the trash somewhere. This whole obstruction thing is just crazy. My theory is Aaron was being stupid with his gun again and accidentally shot his friend, and he thought, "Oh no! Not again!!! (like the dude in the car in Florida) So, they all made a deal with each other to not say anything, which if it was an accident is stupid. Now, it looks way worse than it is. Just man up and admitt to it.

Uhh pretty sure this wasn't an accident considering he was shot in the back of the head.

It all depends on the evidence. Allegedly Hernandez has already destroyed some of it.

We also don't know who pulled the trigger, could have been Aaron himself who did it.

I don't know the details, so I'm not sure. Why could it not be an accident? If the victim was turned the other way while Hernandez was doing stupid poo with a gun, he could have been shot in the back of the head. What is the motive? Wasn't the victim a friend and dating his baby's momma sister? He was almost like family at that point. I don't think you would shoot a "friend" over a little weed when you make  like 10 million a year. It might have been an intentional shooting, but we don't know. My gut feeling is usually right. I think it was an accident. But, I don't have much eveidence to go on, other than media reports (which are never really accurrate because the police will not give them any information at all, until they have to).

See, I haven't read that report. Ha, nevermind then. It was intentional, lol.

We’ve noticed over the past few days an interesting theory regarding the death of Odin Lloyd.  Some have speculated about a Jayson Williams-type situation, with Lloyd accidentally shot at the home of Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez.  Then, instead of owning up to the incident, those involved opted to try to cover it all up.

But there’s a significant difference.  As the Boston Globe reported on Thursday night, Lloyd was shot not just once — and the shooting didn’t occur in Hernandez’s home.

“He was killed where they found the body,” an unnamed law enforcement official told the Globe.  “He was shot multiple times.”

Also, FOX 25 reported that Hernandez’s neighbors heard “gunshots” between 3:00 and 3:30 a.m. on Monday.  Not one shot, but multiple shots.  (As a practical matter, the sound of a single gunshot may wake someone up, but it won’t necessarily register with the witness as the sound of a gun.  Multiple shots give the witness a better chance to realize what is being heard.)

    • london and robinson are studs,  Not sure whats up with pitts though
    • Its quite literally insanity and its quite literally textbook panthering.  Literally 2 weeks before the season they pull this poo.  It absolutely helps no one but Moton.   fug morgan fug tepper and fug tillis.  This is a horrendous move no matter how you sell it.  But but but culture, but but but it sets a precedent, but but but he deserves it, but but but it frees up cap space.   It was a stupid fuging move.
    • fuging Christ dude this isnt hard.  Like at all.  I get you simping for this poo team is your thing but sometimes you have to look at reality.   Even removing his bum knee from the equation, none of this made sense.  He is 31.  He has been paid handsomely for his service here.  He was currently under contract for this season.  Why in the holy fug did anything have to be done 2 weeks before the season started.   The people for this move, in this thread are saying A) He deserved it (this is the nfl it doesnt work like that  B) It frees up cap space (then why in the fug didnt we do this in Feb or C) You logic (We are getting a deal at 53 million guaranteed for the next 3 years.   You realize with this deal we cannot cut or trade his ass for 3 years.  You understand this right?   So in my opinion we should have let this ride into the offseason and go from there, what he is going to threaten to walk, big fuging deal he would be 32 on a chronically bad knee, what other moronic franchise is going to give him 40 million up front?  It wasnt going to happen.   And you are acting like its impossible to replace a 32 year old RT with a bum knee.  Just go and draft someone, move Icky to RT.  There are tons of options instead of extending this dude 2 weeks before the fuging season.  The truth is Morgan and the shitheads in the FO fell for this dudes crying act and got all sentimental and shelled out another ext.  We are a poverty ass franchise that doesnt act professionally
