of course his lawyer is going to say it's too early to arrest him. he wants his client to look as innocent as possible. 

 

the cops don't have to call his attorney before arresting him...ultimately, they don't have to tell him anything before taking hernandez into custody.

 

But I'm saying you would think they would call him, and be like we got this on him and that.

Its going to be murder. He's the only one of the three from those that were in the car that's been arrested.

The cops did what they always do. They played their cards close and built the strongest case they could. THEN they made their move. We don't know any evidence they've found, but its obvious they've got something.

Once again, a team is never at 100%. There have been times when Cam hasn't been 100% (and still played) and we lost. I guess we should call up the Giants and tell them that their win didn't count because we weren't at 100%...

nope.

 

lawyers are the middle men between you and the law.

 

the only thing lawyers are ultimately there for is to keep someone from saying or doing something even more stupid to get them into even more trouble.

 

cops don't ever have to deal with an attorney if they don't want to.

Holy crap are you clueless. The police never tell you exactly what evidence they have on you unless they are bullshitting trying to get you to confess. Legally they don't have to disclose their evidence until they have to turn over their "discovery" packet to the courts, much less just call up his attorney to inform him of their evidence. Hahaha

so did it mean the 3-13 saints were better than the 11-5 panthers when they beat us in 2005 because Jenkins got hurt and we were already missing Mark Fields?

There's a difference between a team being overall better than another or a team being better on a particular day.

Rarely in sports does the best team actually win the championship.

This year was one of those few years when both the Heat (NBA) and Blackhawks (NHL) were the best teams in their league and they both took home the championship.
