I'm curious to see how this plays out. It might be an arrest for obstructing justice. We probably won't know until after the arraigment tomorrow. I have to remind myself when I see stuff like this that "innocent until proven guility" is suppose to be the justice way. We shall see whats next. If he is innocent of any wrong doing, I wish him the best. Let us not forget about the victim and his family. A lot of times that gets tossed out of the window when a high profile person is arrested.

Yeah people forget someone was violently murdered. Sad. I'm glad that most of the official statements released have mentioned the victim.

Some of you are freaking clueless. As soon as they handcuffed him he would have been charged. They would have informed him of what he was being charged with at that point. Just because we haven't heard through the news what the official charges are, doesn't mean that he hasn't been charged. 

this, plus, the detectives together with the prosecutor had to apply for the warrant for his arrest in front of a judge based on the available evidence. It's probably the same judge who gave the warrant for searching his house. The charge is written on the arrest warrant. The media just doesn't have access to it. Judges don't charge people, prosecutors do. 2 search warrants, Hernendez is screwed. That means there is a witness/informant providing exact details as to where evidence can be collected.

That seals it. He's most likely being charged with murder. One of the other two guys must have flipped for them to have made the arrest.

I know what you saying, but the media is blowing this up, and we don't even know if he was even their, they taking him because he is young and he was friends with Odin Lloyd. If they wanted him that bad they shouldn't got him last week, but they try to play it cool so they can be on tv and ish.
