Wouldn't Von have a case against the NFL though? Colorado has legalized marijuana and Miller has eye sight issues (supposedly).

Von Miller is a talent for sure but its like we had the anti game plan going that day. Bell would just ignore him most the time and help the RG instead. When we decided to block him we blocked him.

 

All the DE's had a field day on our OL that day.

Yeah, I figured Miller would still face possible punishment at the federal level but I also thought he'd get some leniency from the NFL simply because it's legal in that state.

 

i thought so too when they passed the law, but i remember reading on NFP that the NFL said it will remain on their banned list even with the state law declaring it to be legal.(weed that is)

Legality has nothing to do with the NFL policy, a lot of things are banned in the NFL but legal for you or I to take. Some blood pressure pills, sudafed, ritalin, etc.
