I'm completely redesigning the Panthers mobile schedule again. Here's a preview

So with iOS7 coming out soon and lots of requests for an android version (and with a little free time) I've decided to just completely redo the schedule. This will work for any iPhone including iOS7 and should work great on Android.

I'm still working on this but what do you guys think so far? Anyone with an Android or Windows phone want to help test it?

Edit: Heres a link to the old ones

These schedules look good.  It's interesting that you included a category to note teams coming off a bye week.  We play 3 teams coming off a bye week (Minn., SF, NE).  Of course we only play 1 team coming off our own bye week. That's a real m-f-er.  The only other team in the league in that position is the Bills.  Most teams have 1.  Some teams have none.

that seems pretty unfair to schedule us consecutive weeks against the best teams in the league coming off their bye weeks.  We play @ SF in that situation.  This is certainly not what I would call setting us up for success.  That stretch is going to be draining.  If we are playing well it will be a new challenge.  If not, it will be a black hole of misery.

When you look at the teams who have 1 or 0 games against teams coming off a bye, you get the sense that this is not a coincidence (all the darlings are there).

Another thing, when you look at our post-bye opponent, you see that we travel to another time zone to play @ Arizona.  The vast majority of teams have home games following a bye week.

These schedule makers didn't do us any favors.

    • Bryce and Dave will determine how many games this team wins next year. It’s not on the WRs. The RBs. LBs. This is about 2 things: 1. Can Bryce continue to come up big in the few key downs that decide most games?  2. Can Canales evolve his play calling to counter punch like the big boys do. Half time adjustments.  teams that score 30+ points on the regular win more games than not. That’s on Bryce and Dave. The offense is top 10 at every position group, save for TE and QB. A baller TE is gravy but not crucial when the receivers are dudes.  The defense is the defense. It’ll be better this season, hopefully by a large margin, but Dave/Bryce is really where it’s at.
    • Normally I'd wholeheartedly agree with this. But I feel like teams figured out this offense after the Raiders game. Bryce was so inept the first 2 games that we couldn't really even run the offense. Dalton's first game showed what we had. But after that game, coverages got a lot tighter and windows were smaller. When Bryce came back in, his ability to extend plays made a big difference. It's really difficult to stop a QB that can beat/escape 1on1 tacklers. It puts a lot of pressure on the defense when you blitz. And he was completing throws in tight coverage with anticipation. Point being Bryce wasn't throwing to wide open receivers that were schemed open by the offense. Occasionally yes. But not often.
    • With the additions we've made to our roster combined with the state of the division and the conference as a whole there is no excuse for this team not to make a legitimate push for 8-9 wins. Anything less is honestly inexcusable. There will be no more free passes for being a doormat in this iteration of the league where even mediocre teams are competing for playoff spots.
