Who the fug is:

Mayer Hawthorne?

Jared Leto

Kesha?

Sean... something?

Pharrell?

2Chainz?

And better yet, the only one of the whole list I've ever listened to was Darius Rucker when he was with Hootie & The Blowfish, and that's been many years...

Surely you've heard Get Lucky? Well maybe not.  Great song.

Nope. But I stopped listening to terrestrial radio about 10 years ago, equipped both cars with XM/Sirius and my channel lineup consists of classic rock, 80's & 90's alt, deep tracks, classic hair metal & hard rock, current heard rock and a lot of other eclectic stuff.

I never was into the "popular" music, always digging into stuff trying to find something nobody else was listening to.

Wait wait. So you've never heard of Jared Leto, who starred in Fight Club and Requiem for a Dream and now leads a pretty decent rock band, or Pharrell who is arguably one of the greatest music producers of this generation, but you know who Demi Lovato is?

Well I'll give you a pass.

Oh sure, I know Fight Club. I do not, however, know anything about his band.

Demi Lovato only because my god-daughter was in the 10-13 age group not long ago and she did stay at our house on occasion.

Pharrell a music producer? I thought the tweet list was of musicians and there's an actor and a producer....

"Greatest music producers of this generation?" Really? You mean like Jimmy Iovine, Bob Rock, Rick Rubin, Brian Eno, Jerry Wexler, Phil Spector? I've heard of them.

Well, Pharrell also sings and raps on occasion, and obviously Jared Leto heads up a very popular rock band, so I think it's fair to also consider them musicians.

And as for your list, many of those aren't really this generation, but yes, I'd say Pharrell can be considered amongst them assuming he continues producing. He's been producing hit albums and songs for the biggest artists of all genres since the early 90's. Here's a list of some of the producing he's done. This is not including the stuff he's produced alone.

    • You’re playing madden we’re talking real football stuff…. He does have you seen his special on internet he def thinks he’s getting paid
    • Without the team having an identity kinda hard to predict what they value.  They either are really trying to build a balanced team, or preparing for another swing at qb if Bryce doesn’t pan out. Seems like we value the o line but the $ spent there has been underwhelming besides Lewis, you could say it’s because of injuries but still hasn’t been worth the investment. as already stated, the whole handling of Bryce young as a whole has been ass backwards, we spent the years we’re supposed to take advantage of having a qb with a lower cap hit, building the team up to be adequate. now It appears, key word appears, the saints have done it correctly, which is painful to even think about. Regardless, I hope the front office has paid attention to qb contracts recently, such as Tua, Kyler, Daniel jones(pre colts) and don’t settle for subpar qb play at franchise qb rates
    • This is the flaw in your logic.  Cutting 3 of our best players will somehow move us from whatever we are to "compete". Even the most Young super fans are not predicting a ceiling above top 10-12, and that will not nearly cut it.  Someone will need to break the log jam of QBs getting nothing or North of 50. Our qb is at best a middle ground, lets hope it will be us that also manage to pay the worth at about 100 over 3 years.  And before you jump me, yes that is only of he improves.
