Not like Barner had a super strenuous effort last game.

 

Said a while back I had a feeling Barner might not prove durable enough to play in the NFL.

 

Still hope I'm wrong there.

Tolbert may get a few screen looks this game, hopefully, bc we should be utilizing him more.  Only 4 passing targets for him this season.  He had 39 last year.  

 

Sure, we have a different offense in place but he's a good asset we should be taking advantage of imo.  We won games when we used him more last season.  He was great for us that late season stretch.

Let's not get too judgmental here. Sproles wasn't exactly pro-ready when he arrived in the league. He specifically stated that he had to work hard in the off-season to refine everything about his game (which included his hands). Darren didn't record his first rushing touchdown and reception until December of his junior season.

 

At least somebody recognizes that Barner is a developmental project
