49ers and Pats. Which team do we have a better chance at beating?

Apparently not. We rush four on most plays and drop 8. So I'm not sure you know what your talking about. Teams don't send more than 4 as often as you think.

We play twelve men on defense? Are you sure I'm the one who doesn't know what he's talking about? And yes, only rushing four very gassed defenders at the end of a game will get your ass beat a lot.

since New Orleans lost to the Pats if we can win that game we will pick up a game on them that we lost losing to Buffalo

If we can equal or win more games with the 2 games vs Seattle and San Fran. it will come down to the head to head games with us and the Saints

so we need to win both games to make up some ground.

We will have to agree to disagree then. And with NFL gamepass I've watched basically every Seahawk/49er/Packers game this year and late last season. I've already pointed out my opinion on which team we have a better chance of beating. IMO it is not the 49ers. Take away Gore, Kap will step up. You don't have a 5-2 record, go to the Superbowl last season and be 5 yards away from a ring, yet, "can't play from behind....".

You are clearly a hater, I can tell because I have experience defending Cam on other boards. They use the opposite strategy though. They use our team wins as a way to negate Cam's stats You use the stats for a HANDFUL of games to negate clutching wins.. Both of you are wrong. The truth lies in the middle.

Cam has put up monster stats = Good QB.

Kap was 5 yards away from a ring = Good QB.

Oh and don't forget my main point. How come Wilson with that great Seattle team couldn't go further than Kap? You have zero answer from that one simple question.

No opinions needed. Just facts.

Clutching wins??? The 49ers rarely play from behind, and when they do they lose. Check those stats...the giants game from last year, the second Seahawks game from last year, the Super Bowl (wether or not u want to believe it, that blackout played a big roll in their comeback), and the Seahawks game from this year. That team is not built to play from behind

I say we have a better chance of beating the 49ners.

Kap has only beat 1 team with a winning record this year, and has shown that he can turnover the ball when pressed to pass.  I believe this years defense can bring that pressure to cause 1-2 turnovers from Kap. He still panics in moments that he is pressured right before he throws the ball.

Their defense is great but decent passing and not even a 100 yard rusher with a few turnovers and the 49ners got blown out and kap had NO COME BACK juice.

If we hold them like we have held every team this year down in the first half and get an early lead I believe Kap will have to force some throws.

I believe mitchell has great speed to spy on Kap to keep him from making ridiculous long runs and Ron Rivera knows how to shut down mobile QBs ex: RG3 (and he was fully healthy)

Cam has learned to take care of the ball and tuck it when being sacked. I feel that our running game with stewart will add another wrinkle they do not have tape on yet this year.

Keys for us to win 1. early lead 2. Show up on defense 3. do not allow big play.

Panthers 28 Niners 24

We struggle against mobile QBs, and he's a poo passer. We'll pressure him, and he'll scramble for a lot of yards. We can still win though.

The key to both wilson and kaep is to not let them get out of the pocket to make plays. The 49ers right now are relying on kaep to make either plays with his legs or low read plays. It's all about game planning by rivera that will allow us to win or lose this game or any game.
