I get it. all I am saying is there is more to this story. Incognito must have dome some other poo

He did do some "other poo".  http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/9926139/richie-incognito-miami-dolphins-used-slurs-messages-jonathan-martin

Martin must be a really, really nice guy.  I would have killed Incognito for that; people like him are the reasons guns and other equalizers exist. He would have gotten "bodied" as the kids say these days.   I'm not sure how someone can be that big of a douche his whole life and not meet his match.  His dad is a complete piece of poo too.  The feces didn't fall far from the ass.

How fuging dumb can you be to spout some racist idiocy on a recording, when 70-85% of the people you work with are black?  The guy is dumb as a box of rocks.  I'm still waiting for Riley Cooper to get Theismann'd.

The Dolphins are culpable for even bringing in a guy that is a known asshole to their team.   Not only that but he was on the so called "leadership council".  It wasn't like this guy wasn't known for being a jerk before they brought him in.

Give me a break.  I hope we crush those fuggers in a couple of weeks.  Just a poo organization

Cooper seemed contrite and his teammates seem to have forgiven him. I'm still surprised some safety hasn't laid him out though :-)

But it sounds like Ingognito is a certified card carrying scumbag though. fugg that guy man.

My only theory is that Martin probably didn't wanna be that young player that's rocking the boat and may be felt he'd mess up team chemistry. As a new employee, sometimes it takes some time to separate what is company culture and jokes from actual douchebaggery. I'm thinking that's why martin thinks why Martin took it laying down.

And the article also says Incognito is part of the dolphins leadership council [facepalm] I'll be surprisde if dude plays again in the league

Yeah I agree with that.  I'm now 100% sure that pro football is like a raw burger patty....the finished/cooked product is excellent but if you dig beneath the surface (i.e. locker room, outside lives of players, real player personalities) to find out how that product is made(butchering, animal living conditions etc) you will be disgusted.

People keep asking why Martin didn't do anything.  Well, I knew a guy back in high school that most would probably say was socially awkward and introverted.  Now he was my friend, and around me he was very talkative (he even surprised me sometimes when he really opened himself up to others), but you could tell by the way he talked and walked even, most would probably leave him to himself.  I imagine if he played football, he would be willing to take jokes or what have you onto himself, avoiding physical confrotation.  He would be willing to look the other way, even if something bothered him.  So I imagine perhaps Martin is like that, and just broke down from the strain of it all.

Shoot, once he get himself together again and if he leaves the Dolphins, I would be glad to have him.  Guys like that are very loyal and protective.  True friends.

    • Poster board? Were you trying to use the term poster child?
    • I mean, you're acting like we don't see the tippy-toe bunny hops, jump throws more than normal (with both feet dangling in the air every which a way), and off-platform but off-balance throws that arrive short or sail high. Could that be bad mechanics due to being short? Could a seeming propensity to bail the pocket towards the sidelines early as opposed to sitting in the pocket tall and strong, surveying his reads, be an attempt at trying to see an open throwing lane? I'm not saying that what you're saying isn't a contributing factor to what has been an underwhelming display of executing the QB position, but this is year three, and if the lightbulb hasn't switched on by now---if you haven't figured out that guys are faster, stronger and generally more athletic, then what's it going to take? It's hard to forget that "mental processing" was supposed to be Bryce Young's superpower. Are you telling me that he can't nail down such an easy concept as, "I can't get away with the things I did in college at the pro level," is that right? If he can't get past that, then that surely limits his ability to successfully execute all the other stuff.  Look, I'm not trying to be flippant. I acknowledge that playing pro football is more complex than a lot of fans realize, but all we can do, as fans, is observe. One of my favorite things to do is just look at the greater picture and think what part human nature is playing in the many decisions that are being made or have to be made. You're absolutely correct that fans don't know exactly what's going on, but that is by design, and in many ways it's just the nature of the beast. Some things we can't know. That being said, the professionals screw the hell up all the time. The professionals disagree all the time. These disagreements can be within the same franchise or from franchise to franchise. And sometimes these decisions are all over the place, so excuse me if I ain't exactly buying the I-know-more-than-thee sentiment and that that means that professionals always make better decisions than fans would about certain players. Some of this stuff is simply luck or a crapshoot.
