How is Wilson ahead of Cam when Cam has a higher completion%, 1 more TD and 3 less turnovers? Makes no sense

A lot of Wilson's TOs are lost fumbles and those are obviously not computed into QB rating. Whereas I think a QB lost fumble is often MORE damaging than throwing an interception, because it usually occurs in the pocket and places the opposing team even closer to scoring.
