People would love to get over this. The problem I have is that the media has decided to devote 90% of it's air time to defending the Patriots and less then 5% on talking about how far the Panthers have come. It's frustrating that all of our success is overshadowed by this play.

 

That is why I find it necessary to constantly defend this play.

I'm the opposite. I love it. First, it's hilarious and bordering on cosmic justice for the Patriots of all teams to have a huge beef with an officiating crew after a big loss.  Second, no amount of bitching in the world will remove the W. We're 7-3 no matter how many people in Boston and the sports media weep blood and mewl their displeasure over the Internet/TV/radio. Lastly, we stay fired up and feeling disrespected. You know how pissed off you feel about how the game is being spun and portrayed? Imagine if you actually played your ass off and were hearing all this bullshit.
