Finally.  It has been far too long. 

 

 

We have been one of the unluckiest teams in the league for so many years.   Everything that could possibly go wrong ,  usually went wrong. 

 

It's so nice to see a changing of the guard...and our luck changing.

Hopefully this won't just be a 1 yr thing and we'll be able to put together 9 to12 win seasons year in and year out. Would love to have this feeling every year

Lol, what?  There's 4 games left, and with them the possibility of 4 losses.  So you're saying a potentially 9-7 team should already be completely locked into the playoffs?  Lol.

 

Nobody has clinched anything yet.  Seattle can be the first one to clinch if they win Monday night, which would put them at 11 wins.

Because even the teams that has crappy record and still wins their division gets an automatic playoff birth. The the rest of teams fight for the remaining 2 spots. Which is the wildcard spots. We have like 3 other teams on our tail right now fighting keep up with us to have a slight chance at a wildcard spot. Putting the two Saints games aside for a second. We would have to beat both the Jets and Falcons to lock up one of those 2 remaining playoff spots. Hope that helps you out some. It ain't flawed. That just how it works.
