           A year or so back I was a regular fan on this forum day and night. Now I barely get a chance to get up here and if I do get a chance I just browse but never post or respond to others posts. Going into this season I wasn't sure what type of team we would be or even if we could win 6 games due to what I have seen from the previous seasons. The first 3 or 4 games to start the season I was just like everyone else and I pretty much figured that the season will be over and Ron Rivera will be fired. The season continues and I saw the Panthers go on a sudden streak of beating a couple teams like the Vikings, Rams, and Falcons. Even though we had won those games I still felt that we haven't played anyone and that we will continue to finish this season will a losing record. Now that we are at the point that this team is 9-3 and pretty much have control of their own destiny I can now say I am sold on this team and I’m very proud of those guys. Not only did they prove me wrong but they proved a lot of others wrong. It's really just a shame if you ask me that we are not getting the media attention like we should. But hopefully when playoffs come we will finally garner the attention and prove to everyone that our team is legit and we are going for the super bowl.

It's crazy how one game completely changed Rivera's coaching career.  He was on the hottest seat in the league going into that Giants game.  With his entire head coaching career at stake we stomped a mudhole in em and now it looks like he could have quite a tenure.
