This probably doesn't deserve a thread but F it. I'm watching "Turning Point" on NBC SPORTS. Buckner is coaching up his DLine telling them "The legend of the Cardiac Cardinals starts here today". Of course they would go on to lose because they don't have the Swag of the 2003 Cardiac Cats. I just found it amusing, apparently he was listening to WFNZ before our game earlier this year, what for? I do not know.

Kids these days truly don't realize that hardly anything is unique.

I was surprised to see that the Arizona Cardinals first played in 1898 and were one of the original 14 NFL teams, The '75 team (yes the FB team) was called the 'cardiac cards' during their St. Louis period.

Heart trouble related nicknames aside, I've liked Buckner less and less since he left the Panthers.  He comes across as a self-important douchebag.
