Check again..... their having meetings with them. YYYeahhhhhhh nice job there.

Well then they are all full of crap.....they stated just last week that no interviews until after the season. So all this focusing on the playoffs instead of HC jobs is all just posturing.I didn't just pull this out my ass.....I know what I read.

I completely understand what you're saying in terms of his career opportunities, but the fuging season isn't even over yet.... players can't talk to other teams til a given date, coaches should be helfd to the same standard. Youve probably never played a down of football in your life so I wouldn't expect you to understand, but that poo will be in the D's head, obviously not a huge factor at all, but this poo shouldn't happen during the 2013 season, poo needs to wait til off season for all 32 teams

Cause agents don't talk to any other teams till Free Agency...

To me personally, I feel he should've waited till the seasons end. Not because I feel it's a distraction, but because of what it does to players. Our players talked badly of Chud (despite how crazy he might be) because he was blatantly positioning himself for a HC position.

I think it's more classy and right to see your team through the season before talking publicly about wanting to be an HC. You wouldn't do that at your own workplace announcing that you are looking for another job...

Hopefully our players still want to play hard for him off this bye. I'm sure they will for playoffs, but knowing the DC is trying to get his bum out of Charlotte already is not great motivation - in my opinion.

Meh, no big deal... he won't miss much and they're coming to Charlotte. We've got two weeks and don't even know who we're playing...

This is how the NFL works. I don't blame him at all.

He won't miss much what? His mind is on the fuging interview!!!!!!

Not true.  They talked badly of Chud because his play calling was terrible and seemed to be happening because he was positioning himself for a job.  Most players will appreciate their coach wanting to move up to be a head coach.  It is the same reason why players don't get upset when their teammates go somewhere else for more money.

Per Rotoworld.com:

Seahawks DC Dan Quinn will interview for the Browns head-coaching vacancy on Wednesday.

Quinn has just one year of coordinating experience at the NFL level, but oversaw the league's top defense in 2013. Patriots OC Josh McDaniels is considered higher on the Browns' list of candidates and will interview later this week. Cleveland is also believed to have interest in Chargers OC Ken Whisenhunt.

He's focused on this team everyone relax, it'll kinda suck if he leaves next year though. Right after putting together a top defense

Lost Jack Del Rio the same way.

As long as it isn't after our opponent plays this weekend.  Direct flight to DC no issue, even if it took all day.  I do not believe McDermott would jeopardize the whole season for an interview.

Now if Washington selects him I  hope they would have the class to wait until after we win the Super Bowl to announce,

I have no problem whatsoever with Sean interviewing.

However, I like the guy, and would hate to see him throw away what could be his only chance with a crap organization like the Redskins. His chance of long term success in that organization is probably in the neighborhood of 10% at best.
