Troy Aikman.

My man.

Just watched Fox football daily, wow.

Dude wont having it.

I know he has been high on us all year but to stay true with the heavy media swing, props.

Cowgirl or not.

* Right after Ronde and jimmy j. Both leaned our way. Maybe the media had a week to get their head outta the 9ers ass and actually think about the match up.

I've been saying this for a bit, there are enough of us now and honestly those below it rarely ever have anything worthwhile to say. you need more then 100 post to learn whats topic worthy and whats not

I agree. Look above your post, at 100 post I may have started a thread for that.

At almost 2000, I put it here, where it prolly wont even be seen.

Seriously, why do so many white folks hate this young man so much that they can arrogantly say whatever they want about him without much shame? I guess that count went from 99% of the white folks in the media hating this kid because he's better than their sons, to 99.9%. Such a damn shame the smear campaign that is on this kid because he's so naturally talented and gifted but isn't white. Amazing how no one seems to have a problem with that.  SMH...This is the 21 Century, right?!

Great news. Kelvin Benjamin declared today :-) Make it happen Dg. He can be our Calvin Johnson /AJ Green.

Sent from my SPH-D710 using CarolinaHuddle mobile app

Depending on how good he is. Just because he plays good in college doesn't mean he will do well in the NFL. I want someone that has good speed good hands runs good routes and is at least 6-2 or 6-3. We need some one with height.

Steve did one of our games a couple of years ago (maybe Jax?).  He was very critical of Cam during the broadcast, so at least he's consistent.

Jake and now Cam have made Steve largely irrelevant as a part of our team's history. It's jealousy, simple and plain.

Most definitely.   Siefert and him didn't get along (or so I heard) and we cut him. If I remember correctly it was to give the helm to the late great Jeff Lewis who lasted all of 2 or 3 preseason games.

The beginning to the 1-15 season of 2001.

I am sure there are some sour grapes especially since his name is disappearing from our record books.

LET IT GO STEVE that was a whole career ago..

    • I encourage you to go back and watch his college play. Notice how he immediately backpedals to 10 yards behind the LOS on almost every snap. You can't do that in the NFL. Your OTs have no chance of keeping those freak show edge rushers off of you. You can't create a pocket that deep. Bryce can chuck it when he has an airport runway in front of him to step up into. There's a reason why "ease of creating velocity" is such a talking point evaluating QBs. It's not how hard or how far you can throw the ball given a perfect situation. It's how hard and how far you can throw the ball in a typical NFL game situation and that's where a lot of my concerns with Bryce were going into the draft. There were way too many plays in his college tape that if you were watching that purely in terms of translating it to the NFL it just didn't work.
    • Yeah, like I said I get it. From a revenue perspective I'm not a good customer for them. They've probably intentionally tanked offline franchise mode to try to get people online. Again, not a terrible strategy from a pure business perspective. I can't really be mad at them for doing what's good for business but yeah, from my perspective it still sucks.
    • Ok let me be more specific. Smith was a stud before Newton got here do you not agree? Yes, LaFell improved under Cam but then had his best years after leaving the Panthers with Cam as the QB and going to NE. So he improved playing with someone else. Olsen was in Chicage the year before Cam arrived and statistically had the same numbers his first year with Cam.  Hope that's clearer for you.
