Take what? Dude threw Patton to the ground and then swung at him. Patton got owned on the play because he's one of the smallest/weakest guys on the field. Some other DB threw him down earlier in the game. There wasn't anything to be taken. Dude thought this was UFC all of a sudden.

He didn't try to hit him. The hit was there if he wanted it and his hand struck the ground a yard from him. I'm not sure what kind of punches your used to throwing but that's harder to miss than it is to land.

Patton was also holding his shoulder pads at that point. How about Boldin head butting or shoving TD back in the ground well after the play. You played like thugs, acted like thugs last night, and continue to be a mirror image if the fan base in gangland(California).

That said, go beat Seadderal .

I believe we played hard as hell that first half but then after call after call.....I think the flags got into the players head...that they had to be less physical due to the flag happy refs against the panthers.....as much a physical game as mental....horrible refs today which overly influenced the game...hope we step up to the plate next year yet again..we get no respect......don't mind if we have to earn it again....KEEP POUNDING!

Great post. My feelings exactly on what happened and how it went down.

Cut him. Did not read thread, do not care, cut him. What he did today is called being a selfish punk. We needed our team to step up and be strong, instead he got his. That is called immaturity. THAT is called undisciplined. He is not talented enough to pull that poo.

This is why we were beat by a team like Seattle, Arizona, and San Fran. Would San Fran had of gotten on boldin if that head butt was called?. NOPE! They would have encouraged him to keep fighting us cuz it was WORKING!

They all manifests itself in many different ways, but when you are getting your ass kicked you don't let someone grab you and try and throw you to the ground.

That makes no sense at all. Of course we understood his frustration. But the game still had A CHANCE of being won. We get the ball back and who knows. WHY throw a punch. Fighting hard has nothing to do with A PUNCH. What could you even potentially gain from that? Pride? Satisfaction? What... completely selfish play. A very DUMB A** PLAY.

He should punch them in the first quarter to make a statement.

      Rasheed Walker for Kris Jenkins Jr.is what i am actually referring to in that particular post  all those #'s you are referring to are athletic #'s & Monroe Freeling had or has an impressive combination of size & raw athletiscm & it has nothing do with his size or athelticsm that is preventing him from being a day 1 starter in the NFL technique is where he struggled at the NFL combine & not only scouts but analysts alike also viewed him as more of a developmental type of player rather than a day 1 starter  go take a look at Will Campbell transition from the SEC to the NFL another first round LT that was drafted #4 overall by the New England Patriot,s.Will Campbell was a three year starter at  LSU & was thought to be one of if not the very best LT's in the SEC  & compare his SEC carrer to his rookie season in the NFL? just because you played good in the SEC at LT does nescarrily mean you are ready to start at LT in the NFL day 1 & or your rookie season  & one last thing i think you are jumping to conclusion & somehow assuming that i do not like Monroe Freeling ?which could not be further from the truth .what i do not like is the idea starting a player who is not ready ...just saying
