Rivera deserves blame for our offense

Im my personal opinion, I wanted a HC that's been a coordinator for all aspects of the team. O, D, ST (separate convo)

But since 2011 Cam has gotten better, but offensively we got worse. Last year he let Chud get cute and do whatever fuging us last year, and then he left for HC after fuging us. What a big fug you to YOU, Rivera

Then this season he let Shula take over and anybody can see when we go no huddle and speed things up, good things happen. Cam comes from that offense in college. We stick to this slow moving no sense of urgency offense and then do it in the playoffs. Our entire philosophy changed on offense from when he first started. A philoshopy that he wanted here. What happened to that philosophy?

Last but definitely not least, the draft has been overwhelming defense with average pick ups on offense through FA. Thats not entirely his fault, but he does some share some blame

I remember Rivera saying he let his coaches do their thing and try to not step on any toes, but I think that's something that needs to change next season

Disagree.

Idk jack

He brought in a form of air coryell passing offense and got away from it. He is responsible for change of philosophy and not checking his assistant coaches when they go in wtf mode. Cam Cameron went in wtf mode, he was gone. Ravens win SB

Yep. I have noticed that too. Cam is improving individually as far as TDS, INTS, COMPLETIONS, but we have gotten worse on offense...as far as yards and points.

But the reason why we got Shula is because everybody thought Rivera was a dead man walking and no coach wanted to be on a one year deal except Hue Jackson.

That's because these offensive coaches STILL put it EVERYTHING on Cam.

They do that because they know one thing... if after doing that we come up short, who gets the blame?

Cam does, that's who.

I think the hurry up O works so well  because, even though we have a sketchy o line, they snap the ball with a second or less left on the play clock more often than not. the D knows exactly when the snap is coming when that happens. It's so damn predictable it can't be good.

    • XL out in Min trying to get better.  These guys working hard to win!!! https://sports.yahoo.com/article/watch-bryce-young-unleashes-dimes-184519544.html
    • Another layer to that is Ive seen Seattle has been in the market for CB help this off-season.   Michael had a higher PFF grade than Horn who got 15 games this season. He wants to be here too, that's a huge bonus for any 5 win team that had awful pass rush.  The 7th rounder Michael Barrett didn't last long on Seattle, he was cut before the season I think and ended up on browns PS. He's already been on 5.......5 teams within one year.......
    • You have gave the board some recent gold via posting. Heres my poor attempt at the truthful play-by-play of the time during post- I pulled out the old laptop to do my shitposting and check on websites. Open the huddle and see this new thread. Open thread and read CRAs post, {inner thinking, oooOOooo this is my lane and I got this}. Make sure not to scroll even to the 2nd post. 23% of current neurons still firing start up and two names appear- Captain and Josh....... about another 43 seconds past "O GOD" it's July 4th weekend and I got medicine to pick up. (If the laptop didn't give away my aging, the meds should...) I need to split, think long panther careers and the hint-  Ryan Kalil was a late 2nd and Pro bowls(even all-pros too) he's got to be OLman and Mikie Minter is among the all-time Panthers career leaders. Drop my post. Scramble to get keys, wallet, and phone. Check my phone- its 17% battery.....fug I now have to raw dog the pickup line and put the phone on charge.... Flip flops, sweat ringed filled hat, and shades acquired. Get in my pos rav4 and think about not running the A/C. Pull out the drive way and reach the 1st stop light, A/C is wide open. I check my shirt to see if there's any new stains on my house shirt, bush off the Bojangles salt that I see.... Neurons re-fire and focus on the comments CRA made that no one would get this....... Dang IT, that means it isn't Ryan Kalil or Mike Minter! CVS is close, but I know its impossible I get back withing 10 minutes to change my post and my phone is on the charger. {Think you monkey, at one point you were a draft nerd}. Reach the CVS line, by some grace its not 5 cars deep during 5 o'clock traffic hell. Im second in line after the car in front of me both turn in, they have to go back and forth to line up while Im a pro for that geometry. Neurons finally reach peak performance as Ive re-thought draft classes. Think obscure and unknown 7th rounders with long careers. Some Sunday/Monday night member berry fell out of my Melon, Will montgomery during the players intros for washington. I thought he out of the league and was shocked to see him still playing around the 2015 years. I do a goggle background check and that refreshed memory. Pick up the meds and enjoy the sweet smelling cool CVS air. Driving back and check in on one of the local bums at the big stop light, wow he's got a new fancy rug. Think about all the old food I got and need to start giving it away and rethink it. Reach home and post a follow up and I know Minter is wrong too, I check the draft history and see Robert Mcclain. Too late, but that would have been my guess....open CRAs link and get "upset" at the DBs name.
