Given our interest in Allen last year, I see us looking hard at JM.  I know they're different but have some big similarities.

And I really don't get the whole "he's reached his ceiling" / "not a true #1" arguments.  Just because he doesn't run under a 4.38, isn't over 6'4, and already has a highly refined game doesn't mean he can't blossom in the NFL and be a top target.

Boldin, Allen, Jeffery, Josh Gordon, Andre Johnson, Jordy Nelson, Decker...all fit into this category and that's pretty much the cream of the crop outside of Green, Megatron, Brown, and De Thomas.  I know that's a lot of different types of players but I think you see what I'm getting at.

(Norris raises a good point, adding that the only jump ball thrown by quarterback

Cam Newtonicon-article-link.gif this past season was to wide receiver Marvin McNutticon-article-link.gif in the end zone in the regular season finale.)

Jordan Matthews, WR, Vanderbilt: Matthews' production in the SEC speaks for itself, but he dropped a handful of passes throughout the week of practice. Even more alarming, he showed little in terms of burst or straight-line speed, struggling to gain separation from opposing cornerbacks.-rob rang on Matthew's senior bowl practices.

1. Jordan Matthews, Vanderbilt - I was surprised to see Matthews struggle against press coverage some this week. With that said, he did not hurt himself this week. I doubt Matthews is selected in the first-round. He is very technical in terms of balance, footwork, aan wasted movement. His after catch ability seems to be underrated-josh norris

We could use OTs but not Guards. Will still have a lot invested in Amini (2nd round pick) and drafting another one high would just make the Kug pick look pointless. We still have to see what we can get out of those guys first, we could use a Right Tackle tho but i dont think we have to draft one in the first round.
