Gettlemen on Mac Attack, WFNZ 9:00 AM

Is a tight end needed as much for blocking if we have a better Oline? Although it's no secret the two tight end sets cam had in year one helped his game significantly but so did the imaginative play calling, I seriously think that gettleman will build a franchise to rejoice about for the next ten years! That's may sound overboard but everything he says is just positive and educated and most of his moves turn to gold! Being a panther fan is going to be great under this regime :)

I have this thought to contribute:

January, 2013 topics:  Rivera to be fired; Cam immature; Moving to LA unless we find $150m or so.

January 2014 topics:  Rivera and Cam extensions a must; Stadium renovations begin; NFC South Champs

What a difference a year makes.

I know this doesn't sound quite right. But...I am so glad Gman never got his GM job until now. Just happy as punch so many teams passed on him. He has changed the culture up in here almost from day 1.

Also glad to here that so many of my fellow Huddlerz are enamored with him as well. I hate when I love something and have to put up with all the herp derp he sucks comments.

Hadn't thought about until it was brought up. But...is there more than one of him? He/they seem to be everywhere, doing several things at once, and keeping everyone happy. Good times, yup, good times.

Or just back in October when certain "fans" here were creating numerous posts, and threads about possible trade scenarios regarding "Is Cam in Gettleman's plans for the future" based on terribly misinterpreted comments from an article by an irresponsible local journalist.

It's odd that those fans don't revisit that, I guess they have amnesia.

    • After last season, it was the same question. And the answer most people came to was "If he doesn't make the playoffs, he's gone." He made the playoffs. No matter how it was done, we made it to the playoffs. He's safe. He's going to have a chance to keep working this out, even if next season isn't a playoff one.  I think we'll do better next year than we did this season. There's something being built here.
    • The NBA is a very fickle league. Kon is one of the hottest rookies in years and beyond just his play on the court he is a very steady competitor and that translates to the rest of the team. That has been a glaring absence with the culture of this franchise through the bulk of the LaMelo Ball years that's just being completely blunt and realistic. The enigma of LaMelo Ball is he is entering year 6 and still either red hot or ice cold. We need him to find that sweet spot. Logic dictates the Hornets will want to see this core again next year. But the clock is beyond ticking at this point. It's put up or shut up. Especially considering what the Thunder managed to do recently. I'm hopeful they can keep these wins rolling in and get some much needed playoff experience under their belts which will help substantially.
    • I think as long as the Panthers are competitive with Canales they should keep him. Pepper needs to repair his/the teams image as a place prized free agents aren't hesitant to consider. Just dont do any crazy poo for a few years.
