Giant Food Stores are recalling Hot Pocket products after meat used in the food was produced without required inspections.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture announced a recall of nearly 9-million pounds of Rancho Feeding Corporation's meat products.
The meat didn't undergo proper inspection. Authorities said the product's manufacturers "processed diseased and unsound animals and carried out these activities without the benefit or full benefit of federal inspection."
