Rome make 30mil a year. Dude is doing something right.

did not know, very impressive. He knows how to get ratings like a champ. He's mostly tolerable despite the criticism. He gets stuff wrong but he's got pretty good takes.

The Tiger hate that I listened to today for 5 minutes was excessive. He should spend more time talking about how people that matter cheated on their wives. . like uhm the President? Nobody gives a poo if a golfer is banging one of the tea box ladies. My guess is that its "par for the course" among them golfers, but because its Tiger and it sells dollar bills Rome and every other Joe lookin for a buck has to mention it.

Why dont they talk about Adrian Peterson's 32 kids? lol Rome is just of guilty of the hyping up news for ratings, but like I said, he's mostly tolerable. I can listen to Colin Cowshit for about 5 seconds before I have to switch the channel.

Tiger cheating on his wife? it's 2014 good to see him earn the 30m...

I thought it was hilarious.

The premise was, Tiger's 3 year old asked him "Why did you quit the tournament daddy?"

Tiger told the press something like "That's hard to tell your three year old that you had to quit."

Rome's take was "No Tiger, that's not hard to answer.  What's gonna be hard is telling her when she's older how you left mommy."

Then he played a bunch of Tiger soundbites.  Funny as poo to me.

    • Number 9  Carolina Panthers  Bryce Young, the first overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, produced career highs in completion percentage (63.6%), passing yards per game (188.2) and passing touchdowns (23) in 2025. However, those numbers aren't exactly stellar by NFL quarterbacking standards. Even though the Panthers backdoored their way into the postseason in 2025 as NFC South champions with an 8-9 record, Young's performance was up-and-down. He threw for the third-fewest passing yards by a quarterback to make the playoffs in the last 20 seasons, per CBS Sports Research.  FEWEST PASSING YARDS BY QB TO REACH PLAYOFFS, LAST 20 SEASONS (MIN. 16 STARTS) PASSING YARDS PLAYOFF WINS 2012 Christian Ponder (MIN) 2,935 0 2008 Joe Flacco (BAL) 2,971 2 2025 Bryce Young (CAR) 3,011 0 2006 Steve McNair (BAL) 3,050 0 2019 Josh Allen (BUF) 3,089 0 Young did deliver some high highs, like when he threw for a franchise-record 448 yards passing in a Week 11 overtime win at the Atlanta Falcons and when he went toe-to-toe with Stafford in the playoffs in a 34-31 defeat.  Kenny Pickett couldn't win the Cleveland Browns' quarterback competition a year ago, and Will Grier is a career backup. • This is why we need the Bank of America Stadium Ballroom.
    • That thread has all the huddle legends either posting in it or mentioned in it. I remember everyone of those folks and I truly miss seeing them post here. This place was so much better with them here.
