The Panthers Front Office doesn't care what you think

It's just a shame that money is the bottom line for seemingly everyone. Doesn't say much about humanity.

Panthers have shareholders. They invested in this team and they want return on their investment. Sorry to break it to you but that's how almost every business in America works.

Oh my God...they cut an aging 35 yo WR whose production is declining.  And some immature fans are whining about it because they think that their "favorite player of all time" should be paid millions until that player is ready to leave on their terms.

Most of you don't have the business acumen to run a lemonade stand in your driveways.

Carry on

you're one of the main bitches bitching on gamedays when we lose. so keep the business acumen in mind. Looking like Ug from the goonies and poo stfu

Sure any good executive on a team runs their franchise like a business, but at the end of the day, the players are going into business for themselves as well. That's really who free agency is a benefit for. Not the sucker franchises that are going to end up paying 1/3rd of those guaranteed contracts in dead money.

Jesus, it's not like they're executing the guy! He's getting cut, because he doesn't figure into the team's long term plans and possibly because he's kind of a dick. Gettleman, Rivera and Richardson haven't said jack poo about the situation, so many of you are getting work up over the statements of a player who doesn't want to leave and his agent who are probably milking the situation, along with hack sportswriters and radio jackoffs pulling possible scenarios out of their ass and acting like they've been in every meeting with Smitty and the team. Smitty and his agent had a staring contest with Gettleman and the front office and Gettleman didn't blink.

I will miss the guy as a Panther, and appreciate all the great feels he gave us as fans, but everyone has to have a little perspective. Nothing is as black and white as we often pretend it to be.

The huddle should purchase an NFL team

We'd always be so far under the cap that we could sign anyone we want but we'd also always have the top free agents inked the moment free agency opens. We'd also hit on all of our draft picks every year.

Oh and our team would let fan favorites retire on their own terms.

We would also create many jobs due to constant statue construction outside the stadium.

I like it, we need to start a fundraiser and get this idea moving.

The funniest thing about all this is that the front office and coaching staff haven't said poo.
