Yes, the dude is highly inconsistent, but on some plays he does look like he has Cam-esque qualities.  Perhaps he can be coached up (or not), making any situation where Cam would get hurt pretty much seamless as far as the offense goes. IDK.

Of course he may not want to come here, and just like he reminds me of Cam sometimes, I also see some The Golden Calf of Bristol-like play in his game as well.  Some might say he basically sucks, and they may be right, but I think Pryor is an enigma.

We got Joe Webb which is basically Terrell Pryor without being annoying like Prior. God I loved when Pryor tried running on us and everyone got excited then Kuechly layed him the fug out

He is leaving Oakland because he wants a chance to start, he wont get that here. As a backup, yeah. But he doesn't want that role. If he would take it, and we didnt have Anderson or Webb, then I would be okay with it.

If Pryor is cut, I'd bring him in. He'd be a nicer back up than Webb. Let's face it, Derek will be a goner next year anyways.

Pryor is not even slated to be Schaub's back-up.  At this point he may jump at the chance to be Cam's back-up.  He surely isn't going to start anywhere else.  

 

We signed Joe Webb.  Joe Webb.  So how can anyone think that DA is going to be the long term answer as a back-up to Cam?  Why did we sign Joe Webb, just to play Cam Newton during the off-season?  Seems like the DA would have been able to handle that just fine. And if he can't, then what's the deal?

Are you new to this? Most teams have at least three to four quarterbacks during OTA's.
