Best ever Panthers draft?

Wienke wasnt a miss. He was a 4th round pick that provided depth for his position for 8 seasons. Basically he met his draft expectations

I'd call him a miss, but it's all about opinions.

I didn't put 2013 in the mix because it's really still too early to evaluate those results.

 

Honestly, 2012 is kind of a weaker contender in my eyes, but I listed it anyway.

You could definitely argue that.

 

I believe 2007 arguably could have been the best ever, but that nasty whiff in Round Two really knocks it down a peg.

 

Had that one high pick not been a colossal bust, who knows?

The first 3 rounds were HOF talent players.

Good draft followed by awful season resulting in #2 overall pick, making the next draft easier.
