  1. Past hour
  2. Ball also takes an absurd amount of contact with no calls driving to the basket, so I kinda get why he doesn't want to do it.
  3. Just need a point in two games from either us or sabers losing.
  4. Stank if he plays. Then Brindamour then Staal then Svech?
  5. Yeah I wouldn't be surprised to see us take Rodriguez at 19 in a "woah" move if we can't trade down. Morgan likes to double dip positions to turn them into strengths, and Lloyd in FA and Rodriguez by any means does that. Would prefer the OPs scenario, but don't think it's realistic at this point. A slight trade down in the 1st, get Rodriguez in the 20s, and then give me all your big men after that.
  6. The top 2 in the league and 3 of the top 21 in 3 pointers made. It isn't the last month it's how they play. I'm fine with them shooting a ton of threes but they need to tweak the formula a bit. When they have a big lead they need to start driving to the basket, when games get tight down the stretch they need to start driving to the fuging basket. Miller needs to be the guy. Ball is afraid of getting hurt and Kon is a rookie.
  7. Today
  8. At this point I just want to defeat the Heat. Anything else is a bonus.
  9. You aren't wrong. Bryce Young has basically been given a free pass for opening three consecutive seasons playing horribly. And we are still going around like Tyrone Biggums trying to surround him with as much elite talent as possible just for him to possibly achieve mid status as a starter.
  10. I just get the vide that Rodriguez is "our guy" this draft and Morgan is gonna find a way to get him. I'd really like him in the 2nd, but every other team also would take him in the 2nd which means we would have to trade up real early in the 2nd round or trade down and take him late in the 1st.
  11. Panthers fans want to pick and choose what they think Dan Morgan was and wasn't involved with in the decision process when Fitterer was making poor moves. I get it. But the 2024 draft tells me Morgan was certainly heavily involved in most of it. Don't have to like it. But it is what it is folks. As I've said before. Learn to separate the former player from the team executive.
  12. If these two guys like Rodriguez it's good enough for me
  13. Ugh, no team is in desperate need of a TE where Sadiq's stock is, therefore draftnics/pundits are just linking him to us so he doesn't fall in mocks.
  14. The Rams are way down the list and they crush drafting. Browns are #1 and they suck at drafting. All I can see this chart worthy of the ability of people to predict draft picks of teams better higher on the list than teams lower on the list.
  15. I agree and the best we can hope for is that this is all a smoke screen for some reason. I think in the end we trade down a few spots
  16. These arguments and justification for pre deciding WR just dont make any logical sense. If one slips then ok. Not my preference but so be it. We wont know whats best until the actual draft unfolds.
  17. They set themselves up to have options. Im not sure why people think they have pre determined anything.
  18. I do know this, nobody really knows which way the team will go.
  19. The lack of discipline has seriously been our downfall the last month. Seems like we just went off course this last month and Lee won't address it. You can't just live and die by the 3 when you can attack the paint and at worst draw a foul
  20. Great season regardless of what happens. From starting out 4-14 to ending 44-38 is incredible progress and future is bright from here. I do think we can beat the Heat and then win on the road against either Orlando or Philly assuming Embiid doesn’t miraculously return sooner. But if not, a higher draft pick is nice too
  21. I know a DT that's asking for a trade: maybe a home discount can be worked out. Dan Morgan could create up to $80 million in space through restructures of stars like Derrick Brown, Jaycee Horn, or Taylor Moton. They could also include players like Tershawn Wharton ($18.6M cap hit) in the trade to balance the salaries. Carolina Receives: DT Dexter Lawrence II New York Receives: 2026 2nd Round Pick (No. 51 Overall): A premium Day 2 selection that fits the for Lawrence after his 0.5-sack season in 2025. WR Xavier Legette : A young, high-upside receiver who provides the playmaking depth HC John Harbaugh needs for his offense. 2026 4th Round Pick: Immediate mid-round value. 2027 4th Round Pick (via MIN): Future capital acquired in the Adam Thielen trade. ----- Stone Forsythe* (another young player as a potential trade option)provides immediate offensive line retooling for HC John Harbaugh. John Harbaugh's history in Baltimore proves he values draft volume over individual superstars. Just my 2cents
  22. Moved to Tuesday, not Wednes because of scheduling with Flyers game or something in Philly. But I don't feel good about the Heat. It has been a great season regardless. Team just been playing so hard to move up since a bad start and just picked a bad time to get gassed. It's like almost everyone is shooting cold at the same time even wide open shots. Maybe atmosphere and playoffs kick off a spark. I'd rather be in a series than a one and done though. The team has a good foundation to build on regardless of what happens.
  23. Dan's been talking about upgrading CB since beginning of free agency
  24. I'm more of a Hornets fan than I am a Panthers fan, I've watched a ton of this franchise the last 20 years. I post all day on RealGM. Don't get your hopes up, this is setting us up for a 20 point loss to the Heat and a swift end to the season. Spoelstra has always solved us, the Heat have two bigs that we have no answers for, and Jaquez is a certified Hornets killer that always plays us like he has a grudge on us. The Hornets being a top 10 team all year and a top 5 team the last half of the year and then flat out missing the playoffs is incredibly on brand for this crappy, horrendous franchise. I would love to be proven wrong. But I've suffered enough to know this little scheme the team is pulling. We finished 2 games out of 6th and guaranteed playoffs, and we blew two games to the Pacers and Nets earlier in the season, when they weren't trying to win. It's just who we are, Hornets DNA
  25. Dont worry @Panthers Fan 69, I got you... Linky
