I would have traded him to the Rams, used those picks and our 9 to trade for the 1 and kept Moore, then take a real QB instead of Young or trade that 1 overall the Clausen Jr got us for a boatload of picks.

Man if we could just go back a few years and take the Rams’ offer, keep CMC, keep Baker (or Darnold, whichever), keep Moore, and stock up on all those Rams’ draft picks and our draft picks we save not drafting Bryce. Hire Canales to work with Baker again (or Darnold). Imagine where we’d be. Man.

He’s the opposite of Baker Mayfield and we let Baker Mayfield go…to see him succeed elsewhere. BY9 is not a project we need to continue to invest in.
