  1. Past hour
  2. I know most of you are busy but I'm watching the Rams vs Seahawks game. Sam Darnold might be reverting to his previous self against the Rams. Already 2 INTs he threw to the Rams
  3. I truly believe he has the tools and knowledge to play professional football. He just doesn't have the size and strength to overcome a lot of what teams are throwing at him. He literally cant see his players unless he's in a lane. When defenders are in his face, he has no idea where everyone is. That's why he throws ducks, ints, or just takes the sack when he's pressured. Another reason teams send the house every play every game. But even a blind squirrel gets a nut every once in a while. Hence the few amazing games sprinkled into his stats.
  4. At the start of this season I said what I wanted to see from Bryce was more consistency. Unfortunately, the consistency we'd seen was the opposite of what we wanted, for the most part, otehr than today Today was incredible. Whatever he did this week to prepare - do it again.
  5. I feel like they thoroughly analyzed the options way before the coin toss. And knew what they thought was the play. Without the TD and game over rule, they probably made the right play.
  6. That's the infuriating thing. I KNOW YOU CAN DO IT. Take a piece of the ATL turf and put in your cleats or something. PLEASE
  7. He didn't win alone. His losses also weren't solely on him. I'm still undecided.
  8. It is great to see the team kept fighting and didn't give up. As for the coaching. Canales has had other games like this but almost always against mediocre coaches like Raheem Morris. Have the team playing like this against the 49ers and the Rams and I'll feel much better going forward.
  9. My issue with posts like this is it puts ALL the blame on the receivers to "do their jobs." I think this game proves what the offense can be when Bryce can throw accurately downfield. The problem is, he hasn't been able to. Coker has been open consistently. T-Mac has been getting separation. But a lot of times our guys have had to catch terrible balls and that prevents YAC. On top of that, we've all seen Bryce just... miss people. Bryce came out focused and played HARD, gave a huge gutsy performance. I hope he follows this up with more performances like that. And sure, our WRs need to continue to play hard, but I think it's unfair to claim they haven't been (other than XL, but yeah...)
  10. Not quite. 6 wins is technically better than what our average has been per season the last few years which is around 5 but the hardest part of our schedule is set to begin. Seahawks, 49ers, Rams, Buccs x2, and the Taints who man handled us last week. With the way we played today you'd think we'd be able to hang with all of those teams. But after all that we've seen this season I could very easily see us not winning another game. We'll just have to see which team shows up
  11. Does Canales deserve even more criticism than has been given? I’m still not sold on BY, but maybe the play calling has been more responsible for our QB play than originally thought.
  12. You want to know exactly what you need. Completely changes how you play a crucial 4th down
  13. Understood... Taking the ball is still my preference, but yeah the changes make kicking first a valid option.
  14. 25 passes, 199 passing yards, 8.0 per attempt, 3 passing touchdowns, game winning drive. It was a very balanced game from our offense. If we threw the ball more, he would have more yards.
  15. He was out but I know for a fact if that was against us we would've gotten the "not enough evidence to overturn the call on the field".
  16. Need to see him have a game like this against anyone other than the falcons. He owns them for some reason. I’m not complaining about that but we haven’t seen Bryce play this level of football against anyone else yet
  17. I feel like it is best to remain detached on the issue for now and let it play out. There are a couple of suspect factors here, the odd circumstance of owning One team being a big one. He flat out owns them at this point. And if you go back and find his highlight games and then look at the games immediately after, they aren’t good. Like at all. That speaks to the consistency issue when you zoom out and get into the big picture. He did really well today. The team did really well too. He didn’t do this alone. But it was a great job.
  18. He threatened all over the field. Big kudos to him. One minor note - one of his TDs was just a ~5 yard pass. Still, hard fought TD by TMac there and great to see.
  19. You missed a hell of a game No exaggeration, one of the most entertaining Panther games I've seen.
  20. Oh I didn’t see this changed. I’d still take the ball all things equal, putting pressure on your defense still seems like the riskier of the two options
  21. Unless he completely flamed out, he was always going to get next year.
  22. That’s not how OT works anymore. TD doesn’t end it.
  23. If anything this game gives him trade value if we do move off
  24. It was just FUN to watch us attack the entire field today. All 3 TD's on throws more than 10 yards? Wow, who'da thunk it! I just want to see us play loose and fkin go for broke as far as play calling and letting it fly. I feel like this team is a reincarnation of pre-riverboat Ron Rivera...we are just too timid in so many places.
