So Dave if you could go ahead and slide on over to OC... yeah... that'd be great

100%. If he chooses to coach next year, he will have a contract lined up with a team. IMO I think he'll take a year away before coming back. Hes not gonna go to a place thats in shambles (Cleveland or Miami), I doubt he takes something like Tennessee because its far more disfunctional than people say (They fuging fired Mike Vrabel after trading away AJ Brown and Derrick Henry then wonder why they suck). IMO, IFFF mcdermott takes a position itd be baltimore or surprisingly Las Vegas (gets to hand pick his #1 overall QB and a bajillion dollars in cap room to fix the roster)...maaayyybe Pittsburgh because I think the structure and organization would fit him.

I live in NY and local fans have been calling for his head for a few years now. "Defensive specialist with a MVP quarterback but he gets outcoached in the playoffs every year." Very similar to us with Ron, funny enough.

Bills promoted Beane to President of Football operations, so now he's the GM and pof.

bryce has absolutely played better than stroud since the benching which is a much bigger sample size than their rookie years and he most certainly outplayed caleb if you consider missing open throws, costly turnovers, and the fact that that game ends 17-10 if not for the luckiest play of the season. If our defense held the Rams to 17 points in regulation and Bryce had 3 interceptions last week he might have been shown the door already. Bryce put up 31 with no running game and left the field with 2 minutes left and a lead

You don't trade away one of the top LTs in the league when you don't have a valid replacement and your QB thrives in a pocket. They also traded away Kenyon Green OG to make cap space. They were wanting to make their defense elite at the expense of their offense which worked but Nico getting hurt followed by Schultz during the game absolutely finished off what remined of their offense. Those 2nd and 3rd round rookie WRs could be good, but they need some more time as most due picked in that range. I'm sticking with ALL QBs need protection and weapons to be competitive in this league. CJ for example wasn't playing that bad all year when he had his TE and WR1 healthy, his rookie year was and will be an outlier for the reasons you already mentioned. This playoff game was also an outlier for the reasons I mentioned.

Choice #1: Neither. Choice #2: Bryce Choice #3: CJ I can tell you that three weeks ago I would have never had them in this order. But, I have never really seen a meltdown of that level over two games. Delhomme at the end, but that was one. This was so much worse. He didn't even belong on the field. That's a massive concern.

My guy....you need to get some help. It sounds personal at this point.
-
It's a cakewalk now. All they have to do is not fug it up. But....that was the Texans before CJ Stroud went HS QB level in a two game stretch.
-
McDermott won't have Josh Allen at QB on his next team. Gonna see how much of a true HC he is.
-
No brainer hire for DC if Evero kicks rocks. This man was a huge part of our defensive success in the early 2010s.
-
Yeah the guy that actually has this team trending upward . Yall love everyone else trash except ya own lol
-
I was genuinely pissed when it happened. We have too much invested in that guy to jeopardized his future here. Especially down BC and Ikey for likely most or all of next season.
-
I don't know, he does just have a Steelersish feel to him though. Seems like there kind of hire maybe.
-
Straight up! No hesitation.
-
Just don't go to Atlanta
-
I really didnt think we would be seeing Patriots in another superbowl this soon. But I think its gonna happen.

Says the guy who just quotes me on a forum site........

The Texans have done so much to try and surround CJ. They signed Diggs last year. Dell gets hurt so they trade for Kirk this past year. They drafted Higgins (who many had as a 1st rounder) and Noel (many here wanted) and still had Hutchinson The fact is CJ had a pretty easy his rookie season. Clean pockets. Guys running open deep. Slowik was in his bag. Then the wheels fell off. CJ didn’t respond well to Slowik’s hard coaching. Slowik gets canned. I don’t think there’s been a massive regression I just think things are a lot less easy now and CJ is having to actually think a bit on his own. Which is where the problems begin. CJ has some Sam Darnold to him. He can make every throw with ease but when there’s pressure they tend to do dumb stuff. In 2023 there was a lot less pressure and thinking so CJ balled out much like Sam did in Minnesota or even in Seattle. They’re both very very dependant on coaching/situation

Let's all laugh at the Falcons for prematurely hiring Stephanski..

Don’t nobody care about what you have to say “beast from the east”

Yeah, there are some good ones available but they wouldn't want to come here. It would've been a repeat of the same situation that led to us hiring Canales which is basically that Tepper's wish list has to start where everyone else's ends. Too much meddling and I don't think any HC is signing up eith the perception of being tied to Bryce Young at QB.
