  1. Past hour
  2. Just give us Jameis and wait to grab a qb of the future when one presents itself. Stop trying to force it
  3. Today
  4. Yes they did but I don’t know what they were thinking. If you are familiar with the term mass formation, it was almost like that. They took people’s brains over. Lots of guys here looked and saw the same thing I did. I ain’t special I challenge anyone to rationally explain it. Made no sense.
  5. Would rather trade for Mac Jones and draft a QB to sit behind him
  6. I don't want his contract but he's unquestionably better than Bryce. That isn't a high bar to clear, lol.
  7. Disagree. This is professional sports, players are benched, cut, traded every season on every team.
  8. You do know Trevor has less passing touchdown, more turnovers and a worst passer rating and comp% than Bryce? Lol And he has Coen who has proven to better than Canales and BTJ who is ten times better than any of our WR. And you think it’s a bright idea to trade and pay him 50 mill a year
  9. You might as well give it a listen. At least they're saying what some of us have been saying for weeks. So much truth. Canales out-coached, defense halfway good, Rico was a Band-Aid for a bottom three passing offense, the offense is unsustainable, "five yards per attempt," we have a big enough sample size, they dared to dream like the rest of us after a victory at Lambeau, they feel the pain,[yada yada yada]... For me, it's therapy.
  10. Hornets should have traded Ball in the offseason imo. It's going to get harder and harder. He's just never going to play enough games for us. Maybe on a team that is already loaded with talent who could handle him missing half the season but being around in the playoffs. But we need him to be out there. He's amazing when on the court but it's not helping us. Move on. Miller, I guess we're still seeing what we have there. It hurts though. If everyone could be healthy I think this team is pretty dangerous and at least fun.
  11. Not gonna happen. Would incur an almost $100 mil dead cap hit. They are stuck with him for at least two more seasons, most likely.
  12. That's a bonus for them though tbh. They threw a second on the chance they might be able to fix him. Hack had all the physical tools, and did look okay his freshman year. but then they got a look at him in person and were like "oh my god no" and just kinda forgot he was on the team and quietly cut him lmao
  13. Bumping this back up just to say for the first time I watched the team produced review with Kristen Balboni hosting TD and Stew. whixh always love to see them but don’t watch it I enjoyed it which surprised me. TD in particular got on the offense. Players and coaches. I didn’t expect that but did respect it.
  14. Brother, there have been numerous times in even recent NFL history that QB changes have improved the morale of an NFL team. No one is more painfully aware of how much they can help or harm a team than a player on that team. Doesn't mean they have to not support them or hate them. They have the same discussioms behind closed doors and between each other as we do. They know better than anyone else. You are not gonna see any more of a morale drop from rotating other QB's in there than you would if we keep losing with Bryce at the helm. It's the losing and lack of success that kills morale more than anything else.
  15. To be fair to the Panthers, Bryce was seen as the best QB in the draft by a lot of folks, not fans but commentators and many scouts etc... Alabama really fooled people, and OSU also was considered fools gold.
  16. Clausen was another guy that just played with superior talent his entire life so it didn't matter how good he was. He didn't have a good arm but he also just sucked on the mental aspect. I still remember writing an angry email to some Panthers email in 2010 about how awful the team was. Jerry fuging Richardson called me lol (along with a few others that had done the same). He blamed it all on Fox hahaah
  17. https://sports.yahoo.com/video/jaguars-move-trevor-lawrence-season-180557659.html Surprising they are souring on him one year after signing a massive extension, but is it even true? Either way Lawrence an upgrade over Bryce even with his issues. The Panthers roster is probably about the same as Jacksonville right now so it might not make a difference here. At least Lawrence can throw the ball past 20 yards.
  18. Lewis performed so poorly he lost his starting job in the preseason after being named starter AND after being traded for a 3rd and 4th round pick. I have never seen anything like that preseason in 2001. It was insane.
  19. I would never have traded up like that in the first place. But once that was done Stroud was the clear choice. If I were going to gamble like that, he was the horse. I am not fond of gambling like that and would have missed him in the first place. Just pointing out the obvious. I have never even watched Dart play and I hear the downsides. I am not pumping him per se. Point is he was close to an XL level investment and that is a massive difference in risk. That is where I want to live as opposed to trying to move into the top two picks type of approach. I know if we do this right we can upgrade without breaking everything else.
  20. I will take a look at it tomorrow and see if I can find the worst 3-4 QB's. I think probably only 1st-3rd round is reasonable. It was obvious in college he had a noodle arm.
  21. Believe me I was full in on Mayfield being garbage back then. Darnold I thought made too many mistakes but the arm talent was always there. He finally put it all together and of course it wasn’t on the Panthers
  22. It is a big time indictment on ownership. Along with the other indictments. But Bryce was the major offense.
  23. I'm actually happy. Happy that BY has let no doubt in people's minds that he sucks. I really thought he was going to string people along with ok play and get people on his side. Thank God that has not happened and he SHOULD NOT be part of this team next year
  24. How many Bills players are out saying some of the players were too comfortable etc though? That's what I mean. The Bills are consistently saying the Fins wanted it more, were tougher, etc. it's very different to have multiple players say the things they are saying. Edit: I don't think this is the end of the world or something though and we have to see how the team responds moving forward.
  25. That game was like the Panthers versus the Panthers and everyone watching lost. Awful game.
