  2. This. It seems like the front office is far more interested in coming up with a "find" than fielding a winning team. As a result, they are getting talked about a good bit - just not the way they want. I still say to take the top draft guides and rank the players 1-275. Then send in a ball boy, equipment manager or cheerleader to pick the highest player left on the board. If this was our process, we'd be way ahead on our rebuild. Instead, we get these mystery picks with 31 other GM's/coaches scratching their heads while they do their jobs. For proof I offer XL, DJ Johnson, Trevin Wallace, Jonatha Mingo, etc. The only "benefit" we get is UDFA's coming in and beating out the mystery picks.
  3. Yeah, it is top heavy representation more concentrated in the top tier schools. Vanderbilt, I listed as having no one drafted. So we know their defense had no draftees. But I didn’t find a list that broke it down for offense and defense. A team could have a couple guys drafted, from the offense. No way to know without combing through depth charts and draft results. So no thanks. Basically, the numbers would split out to around 4 guys per team. But as you pointed out, 17% were on one team. Then what about Georgia? LSU usually has a few. That leaves fewer spread through the rest of the conference.
  4. Would you Good on legette. He doesn’t need this poo n
  5. during the 2 min drive before half, after the pass to JT Sanders on 3rd down the ref spots the ball with 59 sec on clock, everyone is walking to line instead of quickly lining up and running a play to avoid a review XL lines up on wrong side of formation that Bryce wanted and decides to slowly jog to other side of formation giving time for ref to decide to review the catch given the state of Evero's defense, that turned the game from 3-13 to 3-27 before the offense got back on the field in the 2nd half
  6. A man can't work on his brand and play football at the same time. He's probably also working on some new recipes for Thanksgiving that he can share when the writers come round to hear him talk. I still don't know why he gets so much press for so little production.
  7. Very little difference. There was a stretch when he was benched but getting garbage time and I saw that he had Finally paid attention to his throwing process. Canales had him taking three steps planting and throwing. At times. And he looked much better. I mean, using the Bryce grading curve, which is average for most = really good for him. But he isn’t focusing on it and I see the same bad footwork that he brought with him, far too often. He just does not have the arm to disregard his fundamentals. I have been talking about this since year one, the mechanics. It is very hard to tear down the old and put in new, and not revert to your familiar, old, comfortable way when the heat is on.
  8. Was my favorite player in the draft because of versatility... But let's be honest, would he look good with Evero??? lol
  9. Well, that's good. You can find happiness. There have been several UGA guys on the team throughout the years, including one now, but the only one that will probably come close to T-Mac in regards to impact is Kasay. I really do believe in him. Here is just more evidence. He helped me win $180 yesterday. So I'm not just talking. I could've easily chosen Nabers, but I went with my guy.
  10. The team I watched after Bryce came back from his benching was very competitive and improving and trending in a very positive direction. We went 4 and 6 in those 10 games. Got blown out in 2 of them, Dallas and the 2nd TB game. A team that is the opposite of competitive does not lose and win so many games by less than a TD. Den - lose by 14 NO - win by 1 NYG - win by 3 KC - lose by 3 TB - lose by 3 Philly - Lose by 6 Dallas - lose by 16 Cards - won by 6 OT TB - Utter blowout. lost by 34 ATL - won by 6 And this was with possibly one of the worst defenses in NFL history and a 1st year head coach and a lot of young players. That is a team learning and being competitive but can't finish and hasn't learned how to be consistent. Is it good enough? NO. NO. NO and triple dog NOOOO. Not by a long shot but definitely not a stretch that says you fire everybody.
  11. And of those 62, 10 (17%) were from Alabama.
  12. He actually started by taking a sack, throwing short of the sticks on third and punting. the second drive Chuba had 60 yards rushing. Bryce only looks good when he’s handing off.
  13. Bryce limits the offense with his natural given limitations. He has to have passing lanes to throw or it has to be outside the numbers. So you've got to generate passing lanes or let him go off schedule which causes sack fumbles for touchdowns or bad throws for int because he can't see the defense. If you generate lanes for him, he gets happy feet and goes off schedule on his own a lot which generally leads to negative plays. He's just a bad QB and needs to be benched.
  14. I know I keep saying it, but you should check out Taylen Green. Has all the tools just needed to cut down on his turnovers and this year he looks to be doing it. Petrino helping develop him already has near 900 passing with 11 TDs to 2 INTs and over 300 rushing with another 3 TDs. 6'6" with a strong arm and fast. 5th year starter from Boise St to Arkansas as well.
  15. 14 catches for 73 yards on 32 targets since then. He just doesn't trust Bryce to throw him the ball anymore.
  16. The cardinals fourth quarter defense was probably very similar to the no contact joint practices Bryce excels in
  17. https://x.com/mysportsupdate/status/1865822057725821072?s=46 Thinking about it this is probably the first time in his life legette ever really got hit.
  18. Those kind of stats gets more than the qb benched and replaced. Canales and Dan made their bed when the didn't replace Andy and left themselves with no other option than ride with Young for better or worse this season.
  19. bryce is bad in all ways bro. you can't say anything good about him. hes all bad.bad. no. drop it.
  20. I'm pretty sure there was quite a few of us, saying that you couldn't draft Bryce to be the guy and that he would need an all-pro caliber team around him to compete. How he was the #1 rated player in that draft by consensus I'll never understand.
  21. I'd be very surprised if that was the case.
  22. XL got killed last year and doesn't trust BY to throw him the ball. Put a different QB in and I imagine he would immediately improve. BY still has the same weaknesses I called out pre draft. Happy feet. Can't stay on schedule consistently Can't read defenses properly at the line to set protection. He's still the same guy.
  23. this is essentially the exact thing I said last week but you gentlemen and scholars doo dood on it. Not surprising with this group. Football, touchdown, halftime, field goal.
