I saw that between him and DJ the Bears saved 31.5 mil in cap. I was sort of thinking DJ might end up in Seattle with Darnold but they got him out of the conference. Re Edward’s, the more in the pool the merrier. Also I said somewhere that DJ was still productive last year. I don’t follow the Bears really. I probably checked in for his best game and assumed. Under 700 yards. Got 1300+ yards Fields’ last year, 1000+ Williams’ rookie year, and now I am remembering that he advocated for Fields. Lol. Makes me think Williams and him probably never warmed up to each other and he is better off now than he has been in a while.

Definitely down with that. Bam is another guy that fits the criteria I think. Playing Moose at the 4, with Bam or Duren at the 5 just seems nasty to me. But Bam is a better shooter, so I would for sure go along with that. And yes, we don’t have to make too drastic moves. Keep drafting well and we will be OKC of the East really soon.

The squad is really in tune with each other and working super well. We’re the best in the league since Christmas. I would be very cautious to make a ton of moves. If any, we need to be extremely careful and make sure it’s for a legit impact player two make a 4-man wrecking crew w/ Ball/Miller/Kon. The move I’d make— Bam. If you can manage that with picks and Bridges, could be an interesting move. But absolutely preserve Lamelo/White, Kon, Miller, and Diabate/Kalk at minimum.

Most of us Hornets fans are in heaven right now, but it’s never too early to look ahead to next year. We have some serious draft capital and trade bait to throw around this offseason. Starting this new thread to ask…who would you target to upgrade next year’s squad? This new Front Office clearly has a plan and is good at evaluating talent. In my dream scenario, we would put together a package for a dominant BIG on the same timeline as our BIG3. Jalen Duren would be my #1 target (even over guys like Giannis). Whether that’s remotely possible or not, I have no clue. Who are some young players / trade scenarios we might pull off this offseason? The Coby White trade seems to be paying off, as well as our last draft, let’s keep it going! Buzz Buzz Bitchezz.
