Embarrassing. We are overhyping Dave simply because we have a shot at the division. I’m going to be as thrilled as anyone if we win it, but Dave is not giving me a lot of confidence in his future ability. To be an “offensive” coach and to muster up 56 yards passing in a playoff type game for us is horrific and shows his lack of game planning and ability to adjust. How are you going to let Rhule and Wilks have that many more passing yards for the season???

So you two are mad because we didn’t beat a really good Seattle team and are now looking to place blame squarely on Bryce? Brosmer throws for 51 yards and Minnesota wins and somehow that means we should’ve won? Detroit had 6 turnovers. Addison a 65 yard rushing TD. Detroit scored 10 points. Some of you really struggle with big picture thinking ability when it comes to this stuff.

lol doesn’t take much to impress Tepper. Mrs Rhules meatballs and dinner talk get you a nice contract.

Wonder when Bryce’s qb school is getting posted this week -
I don’t disagree. I judge talent level by how many blue chip players you have on the roster. I would say we have 3 at best and the third is Hunt who has been out all year. This is a bottom 5 roster in that sense but whatever it is, whether its the style of play, the gameplan, or the scheme, teams alot more talented than us tend to play bad games against us, yesterday included. The difference is they have much bigger margins of error than we do. We had no answer for the Rams in the 1st half and absolutely benefitted from a pick 6 and an interception in the end zone. We also virtually shut them out in the second half and didnt exactly have trouble moving the ball either that’s why it’s hard for me to write them off in the playoffs, especially when the 1st game will be at home. We have a 12 game sample size against the NFC, and ironically the only game where it looked like we were outmatched and had no business being on the field with was the majority of the Arizona game we have 4 potential match ups in the 1st round. We beat two of them and one no longer has their best player and the other one’s best player is currently injured. The other 2 were very winnable games and I would argue we played just as bad as they did. Even yesterday that offense wasnt getting anything against us other than a backup running back getting chunk plays. We also gave them 3 short fields

7 wins with a chance to win the division at the end of the season against Tampa. Stats for the team who started 1-4 under Rhule, and then continues under Wilks with that disaster of a coaching staff: -Points per game: 20.4 vs 19.1 This season -Total offensive yards: 5,206 vs 4,601 This season -Passing yards: 4,908 vs 3,307 This season -Rushing yards: 2,085 vs 1,859 This season -Defensive points per game: 22 vs 22.5 This season -Defensive yards allowed: 350 vs 331 this season (slight improvement but remember Rhule coached part of the year and the coaching staff changed significantly throughout the season after Wilks took over) I’m happy that we are playing for something, but let’s not fool ourselves that the only reason we have a shot is because our division is trash. It’s the end of year 2 for Dave and he isn’t putting up inspiring numbers compared to the famous Matt Rhule/Steve Wilks team.
