That is a convoluted mess. Cut to the end of all that and it comes down to we were picking 9th and wanted to pick 1st because we thought Bryce Young was worthy of that. We were excited about Styles I think, in the moment. Already hyped from his interview following his meeting with Morgan, and he flat tears it up at the combine. Without going back to look, I think that was it. And us wanting a LB. He started looking pretty good to me and we have no shot at him. That’s the context.

That’s not a bad idea. Does it even need to be a 5th if A is going? He is a good player. I don’t think he is getting run off because of his play, he can help somebody. Dan and Schoen are buddies.
