  1. Past hour
  2. https://x.com/keepblitzin/status/1940830050896826471?s=46 Panthers players Bryce Young, Xavier Legette, Adam Thielen, Tetairoa McMillan, Jimmy Horn and JT Sanders are putting in that offseason work.
  3. In fairness you pretty consistently OVERESTIMATE what extensions and signings will be.... Last year you were swearing the Elhers # would be Jarvis. In the future just take a 1 to 1.5 off what you think will happen
  4. I wonder if the Canes would go after Vilardi from the Jets? He had a really nice season, just don't know if he fits as a 2C.
  5. I think Miller fits our D-core better than he did with the Rangers. I think Gleason and our system will make him better.
  6. I liked Cota. I think it was his contract offer from NO that I first heard of the poison pill.
  7. Steve Smith was the 74th pick and there are already 3 hall of famers from that slot.
  8. Ye of little faith..... I have confidence in the Canes FO and coaching staff. I will miss Burnsy, but it was probably the right decision. He lost a step and a half last year for sure. SJ overpaid Orlov who never really fit here, which I found odd but whatever. We have cap space, some movable parts, and some young guys in the system who may surprise. I like where we are....just gotta beat Florida!
  9. Another good thing about Ehlers is he can play both wing spots. So if they do try Jarvis at 2c, team would look like this. Svechnikov - Aho - Ehlers Hall - Jarvis - Blake Martinook - Staal - Stankoven Robinson - KK - Carrier Slavin - Miller Nikishin - Chatfield Ghost - Walke Andersen Kotchekov Does that get past Florida tho...
  10. Hitting Jax, GB, NE, ATL, and TB on the road. Hitting Charlotte for Miami, LAR, and TB.
  11. Trip mentioned Larkin on the gold show as a possible target...
  12. Lester Townes was the first I thought of but he is lb.
  13. Seth Jarvis was the 2C all along I'm throwing somethin on the grill
  14. Today
  15. No idea on the OL, but as for another DB, maybe Cota or Grant?
  16. I’m voting for Byron Bell. He technically wasn’t drafted but we got a lot of starts and playing time out of him so I guess if you go for value then he’d be on the list. Some would say a potted plant would have served the same purpose but not the guys fault. Should have never been in that position.
  17. I’m not one to get my pompoms for Peyton, but as far as #1 picks go, it’s a difficult task to advocate for a better pick. There are others worthy but it’s a coin flip at best.
  18. With Ehlers, you're buying into him going up another level with more playing time and staying healthy. If he stays healthy he will definitely get more playing time in Carolina. The Jets massively underplayed him
  19. Saw what ESPN put for the 1st pick and now I immediately disagree with the list overall
  20. Not cheating here. My guesses... 1. Ryan Kalil 2. Ricky Manning, Jr. 3. Josh Norman 4. Mike Minter
  21. Canes still have 10.5M in cap space we arent done yet.
  22. Well I'm happy with Ehlers, and I'm cautiously optimistic about Miller improving under RBA. I know we're probably not done, but I'm glad we aren't just running it back.
