The franchise needs to reboot and get back to their roots.

I mean sure, I don’t expect to land a HOF level coach. But they need to get a head coach who can at least instill a winning culture. Maybe Reich could have done that but like others have said and we all suspect, Bryce probably wasn’t his choice at QB and he checked out. I think when we heard he wouldn’t change his scheme to fit Bryce we all knew what that meant. So the bigger problem we have is, how do they instill a winning culture with an owner who doesn’t listen to the people he hires? It won’t even matter who they get. I’m not even sure if they did magically hire a future HOF caliber coach that Tepper would railroad them into oblivion. -
Rocco Becht looks like he's the real deal, his dad will probably keep him from getting drafted here though lol.

The differences between Maye and B.Y. were so noticeable. It's not even close. -

Tepper thinks he knows better than the Morgan's and Canales' of the world. Hence why I'm saying he needs to drop the blank check needed to steal away a SB winning GM, someone he will KNOW he doesn't know more than, and in turn, will be forced to sit back and let them run things how they see fit. Use that big wallet to force yourself to not think you're better than the people you hired. -
Proudiddy started following Dave is sticking by Bryce
-
Question was, “Will Bryce be your starter next week?” Dave said absolutely. Said Bryce is being competent out there, he’s leading us, he has good energy and focus, and he’s the guy to lead us. i think I’m good off watching anymore of this poo.

People forget that it took Jay Z 7 head coaches to become an overnight success. -

It’s not what I “want” either but at this point the only way to get the point across is to rub the rich pricks nose in it. -

You will never be able to get him out of decisions. Snyder tried it at one point, it was successful and he reversed course because it "wasn't fun." Tepper thinks he knows better than anyone in the NFL. It's that level of confident incompetence that will always keep the franchise behind the 8 ball -

Ron Rivera That's why you don't go defensive, because if they turn things around like you hope, they're too good of a coach to fire but not bad enough to warrant being fired. Defensive minded HC's usually only work when you have a true elite QB paired with them, so the changing of OC's doesn't hurt as bad, such as the Bills with McDermott and Allen. Since the turn of the Century, the following are the only SB winning HC's who come from a defensive background.... Belichick, Harbaugh, Tomlin, Cowher, and Carroll. So sure, if you're telling me we're going to hire a HOF lock of a HC, then I'm in. But if you don't land a defensive minded HC like that, you're not going to be consistently successful. -

I don't really love any of the QBs for 2026 draft.

On the one hand it is good he is not seeking to publicly blame anyone else but he's also been more than eager to pump sunshine and rainbows throughout the last two summers in the cringe Blueprint series from the team. How about actually show us a different side from the uncompromisingly positive and upbeat youth coach for a change. So far his only real accomplishment here has been looking handsome in team media posts. It's played out. -

Reich never really got a shot. Dave drafted his QB. Frank lost interest immediately because he was stuck with a QB he didn’t want. Canales, who knows. He may be a good coach, but again, Bryce is so limiting can you even evaluate him? Even having a defensive coach hasn’t worked in the past. We’ve never had back to back winning seasons. -

I mean....I get that POV, as well. I don't agree but I don't strongly disagree, for sure. -
Listen guys, I think about 98% of us can now see Bryce isn’t going to be the long term solution at QB. I’m not going to say he was truly set up for success on the Panthers, the team is a mess and he’s already had three head coaches in his short career. There is plenty of shade to be thrown his way, but at this point I really think we need to back off. We need to focus our energy on the coaches and management that keep playing him and expecting him to win games, when it’s clear he’s too physically limited to elevate his game into being a starting caliber QB. I will say he’s not as atrocious as he used to be, but that’s not saying much. It’s time for the team to move on and I don’t think we need to pile on Bryce anymore to make that point. Focus on the decision makers and let’s start the path towards the future.

So, which country in Europe does tepper want to relocate to? Frankfurt Panthers? Dublin? London?
