  1. Today
  2. Meh. Offseason is the time for unbridled optimism
  3. Very true also. But we have hated on Freddie for many years. We have only hated on Miller for this year
  4. It was so funny seeing that being replayed on social media everywhere............like the dude wasn't wide ass open...............in a meaningless game lol
  5. Don't you remember that time he turned around and signaled TD as soon as he released the ball to a guy who was WIDE ASS OPEN? I mean, that very basic ass play with an admittedly nice little celebration factor has been the highlight of his career so far.
  6. Throwing 2 ints to Jessie Bates in his first game sealed it for me. He arm talent was pitiful since day one. Some QBs you just know whether they have "it" or not. We knew Cam was going to be something even BEFORE his historic rookie debut. That preseason against the Bengals, when he took off for a 16 yd TD run and trucked multiple bengal defenders, you knew this kid was going to be special. There has yet to be ONE instance where you say "wow, this kid is going to be special" with Bryce.
  7. Keep on bringing them in. If they don't got the goods, try another one. Only way to find a gem is if we keep on digging.
  8. I remember reading that it's sometimes better to go undrafted than going in the 6th or 7th because the offers you get can actually pay more and the likelihoodof making the team is still roughly the same. Offering the most is how we got Coker.
  9. Canes dominated. Then they didn’t. Freddie kept them in it. Good crowd tonight. Aho and Svech were utter dog poo tonight. This was 37s worst game all year. Aho is trying way too hard. I don’t know anymore
  10. Freddie! He has easily stolen 2, possibly 3 of our wins for us in the playoffs. He made some huge saves in overtime and is the only reason we had the chance to score the OT winner
  11. They’d be enjoyable for any era honestly. I really enjoy the inside look.
  12. 14/24 for 54 yards and an INT with the playoffs on the line. People talking about us "winning" the division ignore that we did all we could to lose it and just got lucky with tiebreaker. We lost our last two and three of our last four with a playoff berth right there for the taking taking. Bryce threw for over 200 yards in one of those finl four games games.
  13. It did great for Jarvy but it also led to the penalty on Svechnikov when he got trapped on the ice for 2:06 after Marty had a horrible turnover
  14. I’d prefer noticeable weight room gains but cool I guess
  15. Darnold was bad that year but he didn't have any games where he threw for 50 yards.
  16. He always showed the physical talent though. He's just a guy who absolutely cracks of you put the weight of the offense on him. You have to treat him like a game manager and as such you shouldn't pay him like a franchise QB because he's not. Sam Darnold is a high level game manager. Bryce is a poverty level game manager. Bryce should be making the type of money that we gave Pickett. Pickett should be making vet minimum desperately trying to stay in the league, like Will Grier.
  17. On the radio Trip said that the Sean Walker hit changed the OT
  18. The Superbowl winning qb from this past season was horrible his third year. Significantly worse than Bryce.
  19. I did not like how in OT the Canes seemed to phone it in and needed some magic BS to win it. That won’t fly against the rest of the teams they will face. Side note the Flyers really remind me of the Canes in like 2019. Lot of similarities
  20. I knew within two games that this dude didn't have NFL level talent and was never going be a legit starter. It was painfully obvious. It still is. The Panthers just refuse to acknowledge it.
  21. I'm getting too old for this. I was not very confident at all until Jarvy tied it. Freddie was a fugging beast and should have been 1st star. I dogged him the whole season, but he flipped a switch in April. These games wouldn't be close if the top line was a threat.
  22. Those aren't deficiencies. Replicating deficiencies is illogical. specifically targeting QBs with subpar arm strength is illogical.
  23. Last year I said scourton was my favorite pick from the draft. Lee is that guy this year
  24. Levy picked Hall. It was 2 & 2 among the studio guys. TJ picked Jarvy, I think.
