Ikey is highly unlikely to play, that seemed fairly obvious after the surgery. If either of the guards misses the game, we are likely royally fuged. I can tell you that for all the bitching about Ikey's pass protection, we are gonna see some wild poo if Niman suits up. That kid is fuging awful.
