  1. Past hour
  2. He did that pretty well last time in that game. Not great The defense had to help but it was better than his normal meh. We answered scores.
  3. Zavala did seem to have some kind of gel with the offensive line in spite of his own stats.
  4. Bryce throws a ball that can’t cut the wind. In the past I have read comments from guys that swear different QBs throwing a ball will yield different rates of deceleration. Meaning some guys’ balls will get to the end of their flight path and be strong, and other guys throw balls that die like ducks in hunting season. I don’t know the physics but that seems a bit illogical, but I don’t call them liars. They have the experience I don’t. (I imagine the arc is the thing that makes the difference). If that is true my money is on Bryce for not having the strong finish.
  5. Bro, I would fire Canales tomorrow and hire Harbaugh the same day. That is a no brainer. I'll take Stefanski over DC too.
  6. It's 100% about Moore getting kept over Renfrow. Nothing else. Clemson Stan.
  7. I mean there were several guys on the team that played significant snaps that were lower or almost as low in catch percentage. I think you just don't like the guy. It's weird to hate a deep, DEEP reserve player this much is all I will say.
  8. I would be surprised if it wasn't at least bottom 20%.
  9. He can do the latter but that is too rare of an occasion. Now, he isn't going to be throwing Cam Newton/Brett Favre finger nuking lasers but he has thrown a bunch of passes with at least average NFL velocity. Like I said, it's such a small minority of the cases that it seems like a fluke.
  10. A solid 50 minutes of outstanding hockey. The first half of the 3rd period was pretty loose, but the rest was exceptional hockey.
  11. This seems like it should be obvious but what this season has taught me is First Principles. Simplicity. What really impressed me about both TMac and Coker is first and foremost, they catch the goddamn ball. And more importantly, they both make that look EASY. They catch the ball the way a dog snags a Frisbee. It's just natural. Everything else is secondary. I don't care about your 40 speed, your route running, your college stats. I want to see you pick the ball out of the air like an apple off a tree. XL can do a lot, he has the size, speed and physique. But I'm always so baffled how he can make a routine reception look like a circus catch. Catching doesn't seem natural to him. And it's the same story on the defense. I just want to see someone who can fuging TACKLE! We got so many guys leading with their shoulders. Looking to hit the truck stick. But then they just completely whiff. So that's what I'm hoping to see us focus on going forward. Follow the example of Coker and TMac and find guys who first and foremost are fundamentally sound. The rest will all fall into place.
  12. Coker is a stud. Hopefully Bryce will realize that Saturday.
  13. Dillon Gabriel would like a word. There are weaker arms but being in that discussion at all is automatically a massive red flag.
  14. Don't go ruining our circle jerk with facts.
  15. He’s a legit #2. That was a very good find whoever scouted him. If we move on from XL soon, TMac, Coker, and more Horn is a solid wr group. Add a good receiving TE (which we may or may not have already jury is still out) and that’s a really good group.
  16. It's wild. We have David Moore and Chandler Zavala threads.
  17. He was a running back and didn’t know nothin’ about birthin no quarterbacks when he was hired here. As OC. Yeah I didn’t get that but he has been learning apparently. Getting his knowledge together by apprenticing in the different roles and trying to get some depth to his game. I wasn’t really feeling hiring a RB guy for OC when we had just drafted a QB at 1.1. And wasn’t about him being the play caller. But he has kept plugging away. Good luck to him.
  18. If only Bryce or Canales would look to him before its a dire situation
  19. Diminished role and responsibility. Anybody looking at his tenure as an OC/interim head coach and requesting an interview for HC are just satisfying the Rooney rule.
  20. I just pretend he was our 1st rounder in 2024 instead of XL.
  21. And I think that’s fair. Or the way you want it. It is a cumulative endeavor. Miss on one, that is fine if you hit on another. Even if it is in a later round.
  22. I just know Bryce can't do the usual going MIA for most of the game then try and turn it on in the 4th quarter. He's going to have to play good ball the entire game. Going to be a very interesting and exciting game for his/our future I do believe.
  23. Bullshit fake ass job title. If he’s not interviewing for their actual GM job we should be able to block it.
  24. And doing a good job now
