  1. Past hour
  2. been saying this forever. Panthers specialize in the cramming together random parts and then act confused when it doesn't work.
  3. He is going by the combine which im sure the panthers use in their propaganda still lot of rumors of how he got to that weight
  4. Yeah, it was pissing me off when he started all the “you ever watch guys, and just tell they’ve got IT?” once the Cards went into prevent. You can clearly tell when these pundits have an agenda. Like you’re a former player and you’re hyping him up for throwing 6 YPA (as you pointed out) against a prevent defense that lost 3 corners, a DL, and their best player at safety by the last drive? And all of that after he put his own team down 3 scores? SMH.
  5. I mean, you give the city something worth cheering for and they show up pretty well. Carolina Panthers are about to log their 8th straight losing season....and you got Panther mouthpieces acting like the fans are the issue. the best freaking sports team in Charlotte is a soccer team that was birthed 4 years ago lol
  6. I probably will regret this, but what makes a city "soft af"?
  7. Teams focus too much on finding a QB. They need to focus more on finding the right coach + QB combo.
  8. That may have been the thing I was most embarrassed about at the end of the game. Those last few times he got ran down by guys much, much bigger than him. It was like Bryce was running in slow motion. One of my friends sent me a message and was like, “but, I got these tiny legs, coach,” after Bryce got sacked in what should’ve been the end of the game. And then one of the subsequent pressures, the DLineman grabbed him with one arm up around the torso while he was being blocked, and all of Bryce’s momentum stopped immediately, and the DL’s arm slid down to Bryce’s legs, wrapped them together, and he sacked him with ONE fuging ARM. It was like a parent roughhousing with their toddler. And again, be it the arm strength or the escapability, he just doesn’t have it.
  9. We are a -3.5 dog with some people actually picking us to win, which seems odd. My first thought was I am starting Bijan Robinson AND Algier against this dumpster fire run defense and maybe even T-Mac over McConkey at wr in a losing game script in fantasy football. Panthers vs. Falcons article.
  10. Well, he's half right. This city is soft af. Hell, most of the people here arent from here. And the ones that are, are all wine and cheese crowds. This city doesn't deserve an NFL team.
  11. Bad teams with new coaches that want to make a splash with big passing games kill young QBs. Solid teams that can lean on the run and play-action give a chance for QBs fresh out of college to grow and learn how to dictate a game. A lot of these guys, and maybe even Bryce, aren't horrible but they are being asked to go in and be something unrealistic. They are expected to be able to put out raging dumpster fires after being handed a bucket and being told to go find some water. And I think we see some of these guys who were labeled as busts eventually developing into serviceable, sometimes decent, sometimes quite good QBs when they land at a well-built team with good coaching and a solid identity. Mayfield, and Darnold are two that come to mind right now. And the two Joneses are certainly showing more in Indy and San Fran than they'd ever really shown before. But we're a shoddily built team that has been weakly coached into a softer style of football that puts crazy amounts of pressure on young QBs. Heck, even Andy Dalton with his experience really couldn't sustain any results here.
  12. 1. Charlotte has been very good to Smitty and his comment is out of line. 2. XL is Smitty, just 180 degrees out of phase. He is the quintessential anti-Smith. Give 89 the ball and he will win a game for you. His high gear was terrifying and he was fearless. He was the bully on every snap he ever played here. XL is Mr alligator arms who lives in fear of contact. He gets boxed out by guys he outweighs by 40 pounds and looks generally clueless. Why he has chosen to defend someone he would have BBQ’ed as a teammate stumps me.
  13. Fake outrage from an entertainer... And yes he would have absolutely chewed him out on the field for that kind play.
  14. If we were smart and didn't draft Bryce until we had a better oline and wr's, he would have done much better. However, he would still have been a lower end qb with serious limitations and that would eventually have come out. I feel like we have a fairly decent offense in place for a new qb now, but probably face a lot of change at GM, DC, and HC. I feel like Morgan and Evero need to go at the end of the year so the new GM can bring in his own scouts and create a plan for the future (i.e., fire Canales and do not pick up BY's fifth year option at the end of '26).
  15. Yeah, ever since he got exposed for rearranging other men’s wive’s IUDs, raw dogging mind you, he has really let loose. It’s a weak ass city you made your home and birthed and raised kids in. STFU.
  16. Smith would’ve beat him up great player. Troubled human
  17. There's a ton of consistency. Linebackers miss far more tackles than they make. Safeties, one in particular, takes poor angles all the time. The quarterback consistently plays every first quarter with his eyes closed, the WRs other than two consistently look like they're in the UFL and the entire defense celebrates when it holds a RB to a 15-yard carry.
  18. Mr Rogers aka Dave lol NFL is a production league best players should play the NFL is also the ‘not for long’ league and out of it is where Dave is going to find himself he needs to find something this team can do consistently…if anything
  19. Steve’s starting to treat Charlotte like he treated his wife
  20. You mean the guy that has won his division 2x and a play off game? That same guy?
  21. He was always critical of DJ Moore, a player 100x as good as XL.
  22. Being an elite QB is putting the team on your back. Being an elite QB Elevates everyone around you. Being an elite QB is someone who comes in clutch when it matters.
  23. We root for players that clearly try and that show some potential. They don't need to be super stars even. Of course, when they show early potential (Coker) or are already making a major impact (T-Mac) we are pretty damn excited about them. And many of us made excuses for XL last year, but this year... Man, he's just not it.
