If we can get the teacher in Raheem Morris, over the pupil in Evero, who actually learned under Morris, I’m not understanding the issue. The system, the personnel needed, etc., is all the same. I feel Morris is an upgrade.

Wilks = Evero, anyone interviewing either of them is checking a box. Aaron Glen is already a head coach, not sure why you listed him. Raheem Morris isn't going to be interviewed by Atlanta who just fired him and isn't rumored to be talking to Vegas. Meaning those two franchises need a black coach to check the box. Hopefully Evero at least makes them fly him on the private jet and gets a good steak dinner out of it.

Don't care what other teams do, we are talking about Evero's capabilities. I watched OUR team leave him open by 4-5 yards on several catches. The only reason he wasn't over 150 with 2 TDs is because he dropped an easy, wide open deep score. Evero's game plan was laughably bad. There is absolutely no chance he's getting a head coaching job.

I think Saddiq or Styles will be available at 19 and if either are there you take them.

Falcons and Raiders have both already satisfied the Rooney Rule, so this could be real interest.

Perfect world yes, but this draft class isnt stellar. Top LBs will be gone I am sure and same can be said for edge rushers. I think OT, WR or TE will be in play at 19 if we are to go BPA

If he gets hired, are the picks for this draft or next draft? I keep seeing people saying the Titans will interview him but I haven’t seen anything confirmed yet. Would be interesting considering their GM and Brandt Tilis know each other from Kansas City.

Yeah I think you go with Nijman and Christensen and see how the draft plays out. That way you aren’t handcuffed. If you draft a guy, you have Nijman with him and Christensen can go back to back up Guard.

Maybe but I have also read reports that Evero is actually, believe it or not, highly regarded around the league.

With all the needs on the D I wouldn't do that. We can get someone serviceable but we nee playmakers with pick 1.
