  1. Past hour
  2. This is the second, at least comment, in here that is personally attacking people who criticize Young. Calling us things. Questioning our intelligence. The other one was “miserable losers”, think. It is telling, that I don’t see any from the Bryce doubters insulting your intellect or character. Speaks for itself. Which saves me the trouble of insulting you. g you
  3. I like a lot about Bryce. But I also understand why Dave doesn’t trust him. I really think he’s going to get better despite the physical deficiencies.
  4. do not let him fool you. he is pure ass. and his face is crooked. that coaching staff can protect a QB for a game or two and give him easy reads.
  5. Yall hate on Bryce for every little thing even his positives , so much so, Yall converted me back into pulling for him lol . damn do yall not get tired of crying about the same poo and pushing the same narratives?. We heard yall crying all year with the same argument it’s old now . Move on. You don’t have all the answers
  6. Here's the reality of the situation, Bryce's "development" led to him having these rankings in his third season... Passing yardage: 21st TDs: 16th INTs: tied for 6th most in the league Completion percentage: 24th Yards per attempt: 34th Passer rating: 30th QBR: 26th There's just no way to objectively look at the production and conclude anything other than he is an overall well below average NFL starting QB. We're not talking about a down year here. We're talking about people wanting to hang their hat on this as some sign that he's the answer when the numbers are absolutely screaming the opposite. The difference with any of these vet QB names being thrown around is that no one is pitching these guys as the answer. If they turned out to be a la Jake Delhomme that'd be awesome but I haven't seen anyone trying to sell that as a likely scenario. We just want viable competition at the most important position in the game.
  7. The US Men's team must be feeling pretty confident going into today's game against Latvia. The top line features Eichel in the middle with the Tkachuck brothers on the wings. All the depth on the roster and that's what they came up with?
  8. If Morgan feels that we are getting to the point that we don't just need quantity anymore, but we need more quality, I'm ok with this move.
  9. I can imgine. That last game before the break with the Canes was as gutless as I've ever seen from the Rags. Of course, the guys were still feeling the nut-punch they took after Drury traded Panarin for peanuts the day before?
  10. I think hardly any of us hated Darnold (at least in 2022) - he played well for us once we fired Fatt Fhule and replaced Baker with Darnold. We were much more concerned with hating Fatt Fhule and Fitterer because they were both so freaking incompetent
  11. Dude, this is a post about Bryce. Everything has been said. If you don’t want to see the same stuff over and over stop coming on Bryce topics. Just because it is repeated doesn’t make what he said any less true. Bryce should not be the definitive starter because he has not earned it. That is true. We need actual competition for him to is off-season. That is also true.
  12. Dude, you're like a playlist with only one band on it.
  13. Ironically, they're the same posters who spent years crying about Sam Darnold being the worst QB in the league, and then magically carrying water for him and claiming he led his team to the Super Bowl when it conveniently fits their narrative du jour.
  14. I'm sure they are cheering him on and pumping sunshine. Tepper has been heavily influenced by his public image in regards to his decision making. He won't let Bryce get benched when he's a media darling. And I'm also sure every other team other than Atlanta would love for us to keep starting Bryce. 3 years of bottom of the league performance. We'd be happy as hell if we got to play Bryce every week on the Panthers with DC calling plays. This offense is a joke. I want to see Bryce do well but Im also a realist. He seems like a genuinely nice guy and overall good dude. His performance the 1st 2 years warranted a real QB competition this season, not Dalton and Plummer. Develop Bryce and whoever else too. Just be real about the situation. Bryce's development is not where it should be. He refuses to address his mechanics. He's been benched. He has yet to have 2 games back to back of franchise QB level play. There is nothing wrong with saying Bryce may still develop, but we need to start putting pieces in place if he doesn't so our season isn't lost on the arm of Andy Dalton.
  15. Don't bring that kind of logic in here. You'll get labeled a homer by condescending posters who like to identify what they think is irony despite having no concept of what the terms "irony" and "cope" actually mean.
  16. Reason being is he only throws it outside to one on one coverage to a big receiver. Lofts it up there because he has no arm strength. Look up yac on completions over 20 yards Im willing to bet it's dead last. Moral of the story is tmac and Coker are really good
  17. Today
  18. If we stay in 9th and have to win 2 in a row I don't love it. Getting 2 cracks at it I don't think they blow both games.
  19. The most ridiculous part of this, other than using a made up, extremely subjective stat that isn't even associated with deep balls to define a deep ball passer, is that his actual PFF score was 26/43. Since BTTs are just when a pass gets a really high score on an individual play, just imagine how fuging awful most of his plays must be that he's got some huge number of BTTs but is also so bad all the rest of the time. He made some great plays and IMO had by far his best game in the playoffs (circumstances being what they were), and I'm hoping for that kind of play more consistently next year. But it's so wild for PFF to put out such crazy stuff when the player is objectively less than mediocre by their own rankings.
  20. Please explain. Not understanding Thielen as a training wheel.
  21. Bingo. Because everything they've done to this point says they know he's not and they're working very hard to try and hide that fact.
  22. The entire league is praising Bryce’s development If you cannot see what that is then thats on you and wants to see him do well. This has absolutely no bearing on anything honestly. I want to sleep with Kate Upton make it so
  23. I think the bigger question most of us are asking is simply "Why is Bryce the unquestioned/undisputed starter?" What has he done to outright warrant that? If both morgan and dave say competition is good then why the fug is andy dalton on this roster?
  24. The entire league is praising Bryce’s development and wants to see him do well. Meanwhile the miserable losers on here would rather take a flyer on the Drew Locks of the league
  25. Oh I have no doubt that Stafford is better. He's also one of the most experienced QBs in the league, has great protection, is taller, has a whole crew of top notch receivers and has a very aggressive play calling program that makes good use of tight ends and play action. Bryce, really doesn't have any of that at this time. But here's the deal... whether you, I or any of the other "experts" on this board think it should be otherwise, Bryce will be heading into our 2026 season as the starting QB for the team. We could sit back and just cry about it and gnash our teeth or just hope that Canales and crew know what they're doing and that they see something in practices and meeting rooms that we don't have access to that makes this the direction they are heading. That being said, right now, I think an even more pressing matter is who are we going to sit on the bench behind Bryce. His size, and a whole new slew of questions about our O-line, makes injury a possibility and there's always the what if he sputters out? Dalton, thanks for coming here but... I think it's time to hang up the cleats.
  26. Bryce truthers call people "box-score watching casual fans" and say things like "stats don't tell the story" until some made up BS stats support Bryce. Which is ironic, because he also fails the basic eye test in spades.
