  2. You keep AT unless he WANTS to get traded to a contender during the season. He's valuable, TET, XL, and Coker need to learn how to be PROFESSIONALS on game day, practice, and the off-season. That's what you get from AT. ADDITIONALLY, he is clutch. He is steady. At is that savvy vet who will always flash. I really think they keep 7 WR's if Brycen can operate on special teams. Week 1 you may see us heavy on WR and OL because of the massive amount of injuries across the league. Renfrow may even be cool starting on the PS since he lives close and wouldn't need to uproot his family. You can still make nearly 400K as a vested veteran on an NFL practice squad. You see more veterans hanging around since the age limit was lifted. I think the 1st 53 and PS looks like so...... Offense: (25) QB (2) Young / Dalton RB (3) Chuba/Rico/Etienee WR (7) T-Mac/XL/AT/Coaker/Renfrow/JHjr/Brycen TE (3) Tremble/Sanders/Evans OL (10) Icky/Lewis/Corbett/Hunt/Moten/Brady/Mayes/Yosh/Zavala/Kingston Defense: (25) DL: (6) Brown/Robinson/Turk/Bobby B/Cam Jackson/Sam Roberts OLB: (5) Wonnom/PJ2/NicSic/Princely/Incoon ILB: (5) Rozeboom/TW/Windmon/Cherelus/Bam CB: (5) Horn/MJ/CSW/Thorton/Evans S: (4) Tre'Mo/Ransom/Demani/Scott Specialists: (3) JJ/Fitz/Martin Last spot: Right now I have it as a toss up between DJ Johnson and Bam. Until NicSic can come back we need an extra edge. Do we utilize TW more as a blitzer from the middle to keep Bam safe? I'm not worried about DJJ getting picked up from another team, a little more concerned with Bam. Practice Squad: DavidMoore/JamesMitchell/JacolbyGeorge/Tuttle/Crumdley/Ray/DJJohnson/Kantra/Carter/Blacksheer/ Wright/KrysBarnes/MichaelReid/Safety pick up/RB pick up/QB pick up
  3. If I’m truly being predictive, I think we’re looking at 5-6 wins again. Defense has a slight (but not substantial enough) improvement and Bryce doesn't show what we want. 6-11 Is that what I’m hoping for and optimistic about? No. But it’s my prediction given the landscape.
  4. That whole season was rough, Beason and Charles Johnson were fun to watch though.
  5. 7-10 Canales and Bryce get another year
  6. There is no fuging banner. It’s about improvement and I expect improvement this year, but this team is far away from being an upper echelon like the fuging Eagles, which everyone wants to have to be right here right now.
  7. I think they just play different rolls. Run formations is tremble passing downs is JT. Running a two TE set can be helpful too and it’s not like Tommy is terrible at running routes. I think we’re just better with them both
  8. Obviously you weren't around for the Jimmy Clausen offseason.
  9. They were on Hard Knocks in Campbells second year lol. Literally a whole tv series on their offseason before they went 9-8 after going 3-13 in his first season as hc.
  10. If the best reasoning we can come up with revolves around doing well in practice that's not a good sign. But hang the banner I guess?
  11. I predict this place to take wild swings with every win and loss.
  12. It will come down to how much the defense has improved. Early results say none. The offense is still a mystery and is dependent on Young and the young group of receivers to make a huge jump in production. The run game is in trouble if preseason is any indicator. Special teams isn't very special and coaching is questionable. I'd say 6 wins is the ceiling until they prove something other than they've shown so far.
  13. Zero signs of life is a stretch there was a lot of energy early and we won the entire first half with what was likely the guys in the middle of the roster and very little starters. Our back-up QB is a problem and we still need to find something LBs. but overall tonight was the first game I saw life. After the 3rd quarter those are the last guys up on both rosters
  14. 6 wins is what I'd expect best case. Some decent consistency from offense finally paying off, but I suspect that not much will help overcome a rather lackluster defense with middling depth. Evero fired midseason resultingly.
  15. Let me put it this way. Right now we are tied for the first pick of the draft.
  16. After going 0-3 and Dave Canalas showing zero signs of life, is this the worst preseason in Carolina Panthers history? I legit can’t think of one that has shown less life and no hope than this one.
  17. Ok thats making poo up because no one paid attention to the lions during that time. And if you want to go down that rabbit hole, the Houston beat reporter who whose to report the panthers said the panthers did well against Houston in practice.
  18. I was actually a bit encouraged by the game tonight. I can see the plan, we'll see if it's a good one. 9-8 after a 3-1 start. Miss the division and playoffs by 1.
  19. Did you watch any clips of how they had the Lions practicing/competing at those training camps? Night and day from the fluff we've seen and heard about going on year 2
  20. This is a marathon not a sprint. There were “Fire Dan Campbell” poo going on in year two when he was 1-6 but sometimes that’s part of a growing team. For a team that man claim “is devoid of talent” you sure do not give it time to fix.
  21. I sadly am getting the same vibe. Crazy to not take the preseason seriously with the amount of new/young players we have this year.
  22. I was optimistic before the preseason and the way they ended last year. After going 0-3 showing hardly any signs of life. From Dan to Canalas to the QB and defense. I have even less hope. This team just looks lost and defeated when I hear dumbass Canalas speak, it sounds like he is handing out participation trophies and pats on back to 2nd graders. I have come back to earth and have zero hope with Tepper/Dan/Bryce/evero. 4 wins. Max. Top 5 draft pick. New coach. New qb. Starting over. …or they have 10 wins.
