I don't think CJ measures up to Awrence - no way CJ could throw fourinterceptions in a half. With that nonsense out of the way - I've heard several analysts say they believe Lawrence is the real deal and only getting better. The draft is such a speculative game. Watching the last player taken lead a team through the playoffs should confirm that - or picks like Mayfield and Darnold struggling. I recall people saying Herbert was going to stay near home because he was fragile and also he was a product of a system being the key. He fought through a tough injury and keeps proving experts wrong. I hope that after we do our homewor we also get the bit of luck that in guessing correctly and settle the position for the next several yaers.

If Wilks shares his attorney's opinion, it will change my view of him. He lost out to a coach with more experience with a better record and he feels like he was cheated? I get being very disappointed but he faded at the end and flaws were becoming evident. In many ways, Tepper would have "looked better" if he stayed with Wilkds but he felt the team was better with Reich. Some of us clearly were on record as liking his character but thinking he lacked what was needed to be a top flight Head Coach. If you saw the decisions made/not made today and feel differently, that's fine. I thought it was his worst coached game as far as in game decisions and stategy.
