You could normally count on this team being competitive even in losing seasons but we can’t get out of our own way now. It’s going to take a HC with an NFL IQ and a guy who doesn’t just want to be buddies with his players.

Someone needs to tell Benny he can start being a competent OC now, Rhule is gone.

How many guys are really worth keeping, we’re already taking calls for CMC. Moore, Ickey, Moton, Corbett and maybe BC.

Why try to make things better except that Wilks would like a chance at the HC job next season. We have a legit chance at finally finding our franchise QB, let’s not do what we always do and win our way out of it.

Just remember, we could have Benny. Now that I think about it, Benny gives us a better shot at #1 so let’s fire Wilks and give Benny the keys

So Wilks, who got shafted in Zona is trying to lose his first game? Come on man, you can say a lot of things about this game but Wilks ain’t trying to lose.

The best medicine for a struggling defense is PJ Walker. And we still have Benny calling plays. We aren’t beating the Rams.

Not knowing whether Fitt is solely responsible for the qb dumpster fire we have had or if it’s on Matt makes me wonder if we want Fitt drafting a qb in the first round. Didn’t he have a first round grade on Corral?

Tepper going to buy the Observer and fire Scotty.

I’m not sure anyone is “cutting the mustard” with PJ Walker as their QB. Stick with Benny and we’re guaranteed a top 3 pick.

Do you honestly think Cam wants any part of this ****show? He said multiple times he’s not coming back for another 5-12 season. And I’m also pretty sure Tepper hasn’t given Wilks the authority to make roster decisions on his own.

when your HC shows the same bad decision making and same bad roster choices year after year it doesn’t matter how you play on the field, eventually it’s going to catch up to them.

Anyone know the dead cap hit the CMC trade would be? Have to imagine it would be huge.

Tepper was obviously embarrassed by the Rhule hire and all the positive things he said about him. Guaranteed Tepper doesn’t want to do another one of these pressers and will make sure the process is well thought out. As for his comments about Wilks, I’m not sure what “excellent job” means. He’s stuck with( unless Ben is let go as well) a horrible OC and an even worse QB situation.

Wherever Rhule goes Snow will go as well… tell me I’m wrong.

I don’t know about a free for all but there are some players that need to go and it’s going to happen. We can’t go into 2023 with the dead cap and lack of picks we have right now.

Would love to see it but I think we actually need a fresh start with someone not associated with the team. Promote the guy to DC.

I don’t want someone who has one year of success as a coordinator and I don’t want Dan Quinn. I also don’t want another defensive minded HC. Get a freakin offensive guy in here and hire an actual NFL DC. Maybe promote Wilks.

I wouldn’t say no hope. Hopefully Tepper learned from his Matt mistake and will allow the right person to pick our HC. If we continue losing which I’m pretty sure we will that means we get one of the top qb’s in next years draft. The future of this franchise will depend on if Tepper stays out of the way and allows the football people to make football decisions.

Might be why Tepper went with Wilks.

I think Payton would have plenty of motivation. Of course he would want to embarrass the Aints and then he would want to prove he can win with a different team. Hated him in NO but wouldn’t mind seeing him in black n blue. If we go somewhere else I definitely don’t want some young up and coming assistant who has one year of success. I want a guy who has a proven record of success and is offense minded.

I think people just want to be able to say MATT RHULE GOT FIRED
