Id still like to get an older LT vet to let christiansen ease into things. He may be a great LT but who knows. I do trust fitterer and rhule in the aggregate though. So if he doesnt pan out, theyll get it fixed. Other than that, lb and safety are the only things that stand out but we can role with who we have. Ib is the bigger need, a backup safety would be fine.

I thought we gave up slightly too much to chicago (but not bad), but the rest of the trades were well done value wise. The picks i have no issues with at all. Christiansen is older and spotrac has some data showing that "on average" doesnt work out well, but the guy is an athlete and he did dominate. If he were older and didnt dominate id be worried. Also a plus athlete. I think tremble is an absolute steal. Lots of college coaches dont know how to coach tight ends so there is hidden value in that position generally.
