  1. Keep Pounding has already been gutted.
  2. im so sorry. if its anything I only saw 2010 and 2023.
  3. I wanted to be proven wrong but Bryce just continued to prove me right.
  4. Bryce young consistently cannot throw the length of a football field in four quarters.
  5. Bryce hasn’t earned any benefit of the doubt to where we’re blaming coaching, his offensive line, his receivers, the wind blowing too hard today to throw, etc. When things do align he shows he can’t throw the ball. We need to move on. Cannot go into next season with him as QB1. Draft a QB in the late round or start a vet.
  6. Luvu and Brown deserve credit there. Funny enough, they deserve that money he’s chasing too.
  7. Play calling certainly screams having no faith in Young. He plays scared and the offense takes after him. I hope Tepper is willing to cut his losses with Young as he did with the previous head coaches who were certainly not getting it done.
  8. This is the only mention of the panthers in the article: "The Panthers, however, had some interest during their head-coaching search when they eventually hired Frank Reich, sources say, and they might inquire again."
  9. I’ve concluded that Bryce is like putting an apple silicon chip inside an iPad and running iPadOS. He may be a good professor but his physical abilities are not built for the NFL. Stroud is the real deal, who I wanted from the start, and it’s just sad seeing him as someone the Texans can build around. With Bryce we have to build FOR him (much like all Bama QBs).
  10. hope it's not just a PR stunt to make it seem like things are going to change.
  11. Tepper may as well appoint himself Head Coach then if he wants full control. Can't be any worse right?
  12. This and other things like arm strength and ball placement. In YouTube highlights I saw nothing in his play that was better than Stroud. Somehow the scouts, or should I say the Teppers, were enamored about something enough to trade up to 1 for him. But I digress, his bad footwork worked in college because he had time to throw. It doesn’t work in the NFL and I don’t know why that wasn’t considered as a “flaw” and worked on during camp till now.
  13. this is our current team president: https://www.panthers.com/team/ownership_business/kristi-coleman "Kristi Coleman was promoted to President of the Carolina Panthers in February 2022. In her role, she is responsible for the business operations for the Panthers and works closely with the team's football operations, helping ensure the alignment of organizational priorities and initiatives. Coleman is one of the highest-ranking women in the NFL. " I don't know how involved a team president is, but judging by the product on and off the field she's either not involved enough or not doing a good job.
  14. CMC trade was a good trade at the time given his injury history. We had no idea he would return "back to form." DJ trade I was fine with because he's never been a #1. he was very inconsistent. looks like being traded lit a fire under him. they're on other teams now so I dont have any remorse in trading them. what bothers me is how DJ said that the panthers didn't want him when in fact, as reported, the team didn't want to but it was the only way to move up. I feel CMC has gone on record saying something similar but I think, from what I've read, it's inconclusive.
  15. So you’re following this team then because?
  16. I guess we could say Fitt made the trades he shouldn't have, and didnt make the trades she should have.
  17. how about back him when we does well, critique when he doesn't do well. the Bryce from last week didn't show up, but the entire team didn't show up either.
  18. the last time this team got shut out I wasn't even a football fan yet
  19. Agent 89 was smaller than all the other WRs and played as big/bigger than them. Defenses often double and triple covered him and he still made plays. These things don't show up on the stats that I wish the HoF took into consideration.
  20. Just need someone who can toughen up our guys. We’re way too soft. Bring back ‘Keep Pounding’’ Tolbert breaking that drum was symbolic
  21. Burns’ motor has burned out. He’s never been a high motor guy anyways.
  22. I think it also helps having a formidable rushing attack. GB was sending rush blitzes quite often, and the defense as a whole focused primarily on making us one dimensional. They succeeded, however, didn’t expect Bryce and the WRs to take off in the passing game.
  23. And the narrative on nfl’s website is that their defense gave up so many yards and points. They fail to mention that it was done by an interim coach coaching a 2-12 team, with a rookie QB, with an offense that hasn’t been able to score much all season. Like Tabor said, we just ran out of time.
